+1 And I'm only 32! :lol: He and Oral Roberts, Jr.'s show used to come on every morning when I was a kid, and he'd already been famous for decades by then. I remember from the opening sequence:

"Didja come for a miracle?"

"Amen brother!"

"Didja get one?"

"Amen brother!"

Meanwhile, I always thought "Oral" was the most bizarre name (though I guess perfect for a speaker like him?) but I am obviously not the first nor last person to make that observation.

I never tuned into him for more than 10 seconds or so, SFK! not when there was a rerun of MaryTyler Moore or Petticoat junction awaiting me! LOL But that man WAS a trip, can you imagine having him for a grandpa?
