Those Bastards Killed Cane!

The HW’s say they killed Cane because he was popular with the audience, and because that makes it resonate further. His death will have long effects for Lily, Kay, Jill, etc. They didn’t want to see DG go, but the intense story decision won out. They swear this isn’t an attempt to sweep away the previous story mistakes made for the character. Colin will stick around since no one knows his connection to Cane. For now he’s free to roam, and deal with his guilt and grief. They promise good stuff coming up for Colin/Jill since they are actually both grieving.

I still don't buy it yet that Goddard is off the show but that's probably because MAB has done so many fake deaths/doppelgangers recently.
