Great ending. It wasn't the intrigue and soap opera shenanigans of the previous two weeks, but the show had only an hour to settle all accounts. I loved the creative way they got rid of Tullius (sp?) and the little creep. The best moment of the episode I guess had to be with the girl. I felt so bad for her.

The ending was a spectacle and a half. I wish I saw this on a huge TV not on my computer because that last Battle Royale had to be something to see. And I liked the ending to Gatticus' story. Now Spartacus is off for another year. I wish the show had been 12 episodes, it is the best show on TV and it isn't on nearly enough.

I just watched the finale and I'll come out and say it, I cried a little at some parts.

The ending of Diona story was ever so tragic, but I was so happy for Gannicus.

This is was a great series and I'm looking forward to the new episodes after the downfall of the House of Batiatus.

Yes, her story really resonated. I was reading one review where they they wrote that after Diona they are done with Batiatus. I just read an interview with the show's creator

I did not know this but in real life Gannicus was a general in Spartacus' army and he will be therefore be back next year

I haven't been able to see the last episode yet. For some reason it isn't showing up on Netflix for me. Hopefully it will soon. I wonder if Starz regrets that this was only 6 episodes. It seems to be as well received as season 1. I really wish it had been 13 episodes and that Gaia had lived to the end.

Thank you, Q. That worked perfectly. Wow. That was a great ending. This has to be one of the few successful prequels in TV history. Usually they are a weak attempt, but this was just genius. I give the credit to John Hannah and Lucy Lawless, who played their parts to perfection. I've assumed that Batiutus died and Lucretia survived, but I wonder if there is any hope for him. The producers must see that that he's an amazing character. I would watch an entire show based just on Batiutus and Lucretia.

The best moment of the episode I guess had to be with the girl. I felt so bad for her.

Me too, but I had the feeling she welcomed death. It was her only real way out. I felt really bad for her friend, too. Her name escapes me, but she had to be overwhelmed with guilt.
