Members Adam
The Social Network is sweeping..... looks doubtful any films out or coming out will be able to stop it. Fincher finally breaks through (its about time).

Administrator Toups Posted December 14, 2010 Author Administrator Share Posted December 14, 2010 I haven't seen it, but The Tourist is a comedy or musical? Okay, Hollywood Foreign Press!
Members AllMyDaysatGH
I hope James Franco takes home the win for 127 Hours. I thought he did amazing in the movie. Crossing my fingers that Helena Honham Carter gets the Supporting Actress win.. and so excited for Natalie Portman and Emma Stone!! I haven't seen The Tourist yet either but yeah I had no idea it was a comedy/musical..it just didn't seem like it was one to me.
Members Adam
The HFPA can be such a joke sometimes. The Tourist? Johnny Depp DOUBLE nomination instead of rewarding Jim Carrey, Michael Cera etc. Whatever. Surprised True Grit did not get a single nomination.... Members Money
Ryan Gosling is such an underrated actor. I've been in love with him ever since he starred in Half Nelson. I hope he gets it. Hollywood has an obvious boner for Johnny Depp.

Members Adam
I would be.... Her former co-star is building a successful Hollywood career with an Oscar nomination, possibly a 2nd before he hits the age of 30 and she just lost a job because her show was cancelled and her next gig is on the only non-HD soap which probably won't be here in 1-2 years. Quite the contrast.
