Nene was really funny on WWHL. When a caller said I know you and Phaedra are really good friends her face was priceless. I'm wondering what went down between her and Porsha because she said in Anguilla she was on her side but after that she's now she's now on Kenya's side. When Andy showed a clip of her in season 1 she started giggling and I think she said I can't believe that's me. Yeah heffa that was you, looking really tore up! She's certainly come along way. The lipo and nose job have done wonders for her appearance. Even her make up is now on point. She also said that the girls weren't smart when Andy commented that she's the only one out of them who were still here. Of course she ate it up.

As for Walter I think he's playing the role of a dick pretty well. Since the relationhsip is fake we can't really say he's an !@#$%^&*] since all of this is being done to give Kenya a story.

I don't necessarily miss Sheree or Kim but the kumbaya isn't working for me. I need drama every once in awhile to keep me entertained.

Get caught up on Season 1 of RHoV because it's pretty good -- one of my fave franchises actually and the closest to RHoBH in terms of feel.

As far as facial reconstruction is concerned, Mary is 50 and definitely partakes of the botox. I'd say Ronnie has had some work done, but it is excellent work. And I hate Jody but I have to hand it to her -- I don't think she's had a boatload of surgery but regardless she still has boundless confidence in herself and thinks she is hot stuff. laugh.png

RHoBH:

What an... odd little episode yesterday. It felt more like an episode of that SUR spin-off than RHoBH towards the end, with the world's randomest infomercial for Adrienne's "cutting edge" skincare line stuck in the middle of the show.

Faye needs to STFU and sit her monkey ass down. Once again somebody is ganged up on by another woman and everybody just sits there saying and doing nothing. Camille who Brandi loves didn't say a damn thing! Brandi crying on the sidewalk was truly sad and the only reason Kyle went out there to comfort her is because Lisa asked her, as hostess, to do so. It's so ironic that Faye accused Lisa of the one using Brandi to attack all her enemies on her behalf because that's exactly what I thought Faye was doing on behalf of Vile Kyle!

Lisa.   This woman can say and do no wrong for me.

Scheana (WTF with that spelling): Me me me me I I I me me me I just wanted to let you know about MY feelings.

Brandi; It's not about you. It's about the family you and Eddie destroyed.

Cibrian is such a despicable user. Can't believe I thought he was so hot on Sunset Beach! Loved it when Brandi said he was a terrible actor but could lie like an Oscar-winner.

    • You’d think he would’ve learned after the way Sprina took off.  I hope we get a proper Emma/Gio/Trina/Kai quad, as friends, romantic rivals, etc. In the few scenes that the four of them have had together, I felt like there was a natural chemistry between all of them, similar to the way that Cam/Spencer/Trina/Joss was, in the beginning.  And, it would be a lot better than all this stuff with Kai’s surgery.
    • Hooray we made the exact same critique to Londonscribe!!!!!
    • I don't think they had any idea who he was this time last year. I think they were keeping their options very open. Same with totally dropping the Trina romance that was spoiled for him in the mags once FV clearly took a shine to him. Frank's priorities are bright and blazing in one color. I do think Gio and Emma seem to have worked out given that she is very dry and sarcastic and he is like a hot golden retriever, but I'd still play the field or explore quads with both with very different people - Emma with a scheming young man (of color), Gio with possibly Trina or someone else, or even a boy. Then maybe put them back together, who knows. But of course none that will happen.

    • He definitely got lost in the shuffle last year. First, they were implying that he was Drew’s son, then he was nothing more than just Violet’s bff

And then they changed him to being Dante and Brook Lynn’s son, which was clunky at first but I’m enjoying the storyline now.
    • GM is adorable, charming and fun onscreen despite months of nothing to do until recently, and has a bodacious bod. I'm not cosigning the show or this story - I haven't watched a full episode in over a month - but I think we're all taking the small victories in 2025 at this point. I'm open to testing this theory!
    • I think Jason might've posted some numbers for the syndication a while ago and the numbers for Falcon Crest was horrible. Like 1.5 rating or something, which was terrible.    ETA: it was actually Paul Raven:   New to syndication 60 min Fall Guy 67 markets 3.1/8 Falcon Crest 110 markets 1.1/5 To get into the top 40, you needed a 4.6/9 rating for reference - and Falcon Crest managed to get into a lot of markets to begin with. In the fall of 1985 Dynasty, Dallas and Knots were syndicated (show / rating / share / coverage % / markets): Dallas 3.4 10 51.7 92 Dynasty 3.4 10 48.7 47  Knots Landing 3.3 10 12.5 20  So, Knots as an example trippled Falcon Crest's rating with 20 markets - I'm sure those were major ones but it just goes to show you how much Falcon Crest bombed in syndication.
    • It's not bad but the stories move too slow. It's the same problem when Dan O'Connor was CO-HW with Van Etten, they have a million stories and they all drag on endlessly with no resolution. I'd argue the majority of the stories airing now are good but you get sick of waiting months for something to happen.
