From the sounds of it, Alice will quickly fall ill and her family and friends will rush back to Salem to say goodbye before the end, and then they will stick around for the funeral. Ken Corday's initial interview made it sound like this story would play out over a longer period of time.

well the fact that they film 8 episodes a week and these returns are spread over at least two taping weeks should make it play out for about a month. im sure before everyone rushes back the people in town will realize she is sick.

Yes, I just got word that they are indeed taping Alice's funeral next week, so it will air sometime in late June.

It's too bad they didn't approach John Clarke to appear as a cameo ghost/vision of Mickey. That would've been icing.
