I had forgotten there was a Mitch Beck character on AMC. How long was he around? Was he in a murder mystery? Was there someone else named Denny?

Ugh. Even reading about this story offends me. No offense to Mac but I think Rachel and Ada would probably kick a serial killer's butt before anyone else.

I always thought it was odd that a serial killer going after women for sin never seriously targeted Rachel or Felicia.

Poor Quinn. Yet more wonderful treatment of a minority, longstanding character. I remember hearing that after her murder, AW told Digest that they had no idea people would be so upset about her death. Pathetic.

I never knew Tony had to operate on the man who killed Tania. I know Tony became a self-righteous jerk later on but I still preferred the "nice" Tony to the psycho who was destroyed by Luza to prop Jason and Carly.

The beginning of B&B, and some of the best storyline's from Marland's As the World Turns (Frannie/Sabrina, Lily's parentage revealed; 1986 and 1987 were probably the best years of that show). Thanks again FrenchFan!

Later, Kelly learned that Jeffrey and Elizabeth had eloped. Cain told Eden about an Asian woman, Soo Li, who was unable to get aboard the helicopter that airlifted Cain out of Saigon. Brad was devastated when Traci left him behind and went to California to enroll at Stanford. Steven released Ashley from the mental hospital and she's anxious to resume her job at Jabot. Casey is furious with Nikki, who refuses to tell Victor that her illness is in remission. Nikki is again convinced that Victor and Ashley are planning to renew their romance once Nikki "dies." Jack failed in his attempt to convince John not to back Jill's line of men's cosmetics. Lauren decided to take advantage of her new romantically unattached state. Amy talked an embarrassed Paul into attending an allfemale aerobics class. A suspicious Jack was curious to see John and Ellen dining together at Gina's place. Nina was livid that Cricket went out with Philip. Nina lied to Danny that Cricket's nearly suicidal over her breakup with Danny. Lauren told Brad about Tract's past with Tim.

Jack was furious to see John kiss Ellen on a dinner date. John told Jack that the kiss was spontaneous. Danny realized that Nina lied that Cricket's suicidal because she's trying to keep Cricket and Philip apart. Jack and Ellen said goodbye after she admitted she never took his marriage proposal seriously. Cricket warned Nina that she doesn't own Philip and Cricket will date him if she wants to. Evan sent Michelle (Faren) an invitation to Betsy's ballet recital, hoping that Michelle (Faren) will want to spend time with her daughter — and Evan. Philip started drinking booze. Victor told Jack that Nikki's dying. Tim insisted to Danny that he didn't try to cause trouble in Traci's marriage when he encouraged her to attend Stanford. Cricket told Skip that Nina is only interested in Philip's money. Kay suggested that Philip change his name to Chancellor after he turns 18. Jill came on to Brad.

Faren (Michelle) wrote Evan that she doesn't want him in her life and doesn't like it that he's trying to use Betsy to lure her back. Cricket agreed to keep mum that Philip was arrested for running a red light. The police didn't press charges of drunk driving against Philip since, even though he'd been drinking, his blood alcohol tests were below the legal limit. Kay schemed to keep Jill's mind off Philip by finding a man to occupy Jill's time. For the same reason, Jill is plotting to find a man for Kay. Nikki overheard Victor tell Ashley that he misses her. Because he thinks Nikki is dying, Victor agreed to let Jack spend time with her. Jack didn't hesitate when Nikki said her "dying" wish is to make love with him. Lauren suspects that Tim, who's leaving on a "trip," is planning to see Traci. Ashley urged Victor to forget their past romance. Steven saw Victor embracing Ashley.

Nikki made love with Jack, then stunned him with the news that her illness is in remission. Jack agreed to keep mum about Nikki's remission, then Nikki and Jack plotted to get revenge against Victor. Philip legally changed his name to Philip Chancellor III. Kay and Jill let Philip believe that he'd convinced them to forget their long-time feud. Philip downed several drinks before his birthday party got into full swing. Tim made plans to see Traci. Victor doesn't like it that Ashley is very dependent on Steven. Ashley told Steven that she's determined to forget about her past with Victor and get on with her present. Paul was uncomfortable with Lauren, who talked about the possibility of a reconciliation. Skip photographed Danny and Cricket, who are being used to promote Jabot's new men's cosmetics line. Nina was angry to see Philip kiss Cricket in front of his birthday party guests.

Those AW synopses are about up to where Soapnet started running them. No wonder the ratings weren't hot when the episodes started with one young woman remembering her horrific rape and the murder of her parents and another woman having a nervous breakdown as she confessed that she was a prostitute. Maggie DePriest does us all proud <_<

So Zarf wasn't the first then...

Yeah, that took

So that's what happened to Pete O'Neill. They never mentioned him afterwards did they?

I had never heard of this Cyndy. What was she like? What happened to her? I also don't know of a Geoffrey. I knew Kate and Patrick worked together but didn't know he was her ex. I thought the first Patrick was kind of hot.
