I didn't get that, either. But then again, Ryan thinks he owns Valentine's Day, so who the hell knows what his thought process is?

Annie isnt giving him much to fight with these days, and Zach is gone. He needs an excuse to continue acting like a neanderthaal and David is a convenient reason to do so
