I LOVED The Changeling. Another classic movie. I wish some of these directors would go back and look at some of the flicks being named right now. This crap they put out now wouldn't scare a knat. I want scary movies to start being made that are like these, that make you keep your lights on at night. That's what happened when I first saw Halloween, and for some stupid reason, I watched Halloween II alone at night in my house while my mom was out at a party. Boy, when she walked in that door, that was one of the happiest times of my life.

I do think it was better than the original Amityville. It just has taken alot away from that movie that the Lutz couple now say they made up the whole thing.

The Halloween 4 dvd is awesome with the extra's. I love Hell Night as well. IT made me jump a few times. It is a good little slasher/monster movie!!

Does anyone know what networks are doing specials this week? Like Halloween marathons or something?

I was such a huge fan of Linda's, that I watched it one evening at home in the basement.......BY MYSELF! An unsung horror movie, filled with atmosphere and suspense.

What extras are on the H4 dvd?

AMC is showing Halloweens 4, 5 and Ressurection. A&E is showing an Amityville special, and History is also showing an Amityville special. The Curse Of Michael Myers also comes on Cinemax. Also, a huge Friday The 13th marathon comes on both AMC and Cinemax. Beware, everything AMC shows is cut beyond belief.

I thought that the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" remake in 2003 was pretty damn scary. Good and creepy. The characters in that little nowhere town were just... eeeeeeeks!!

I agree. Count me in as someone who ALSO really enjoyed the remake and thought it was damn creepy.

The original is definetly the better of the two, but the remake was definetly creepy for sure. That fat lady in the trailer was SCARY!

The two creepiest parts of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre were...

1.) When Jessica Biel's character was being chased around by the chainsaw-wielding psychopath and ended up inside the trailer of that perky fat lady and the crazy looking Sinead O'Connor lookalike. They told her that they didn't have a phone, then drugged her tea -- and the phone rang minutes later. And she had nowhere to run.

and

2.) The scene where the chainsaw-wielding psychopath just finished murdering one of the supporting characters, then turned around to look at Jessica Biel's character and he was wearing her boyfriend Kemper's face.
