Hahaha... I could see this being true, but for a character like Ben, using "exsqueeze me" is just so nerdy and takes away from the character's believability. One time privately with Blake... maybe. But multiple times and now with someone like Carmen, no.

Wasn't there something about Ben being such a nerd he couldn't get laid, which is why he screwed a prostitute like Selena?

Good point, and sort of. This actually reminds me that this show has dragged Drew's parentage for WAY too long. In November 1998, we get Ben's backstory where his mother got angry with him on Thanksgiving and scalded his face, which left a scar. We then learn he was in a frat and his frat brothers would razz him about his scar. The frat got involved in a prostitution scandal and Selena was there. She felt bad for Ben and his scar and yes, she was his first time having sex. They infer that Ben is Drew's bio dad. Blake then learned about all this and is what softened him to her, and they got more close. I'm now in April 1999, 5 months later, and there has been ZERO follow-up to this story... no Ben/Selena interaction, Selena still hasn't told Drew the truth about being her mother, etc. It's honestly frustrating to me how this got dropped, or how long it'll be before they pick it back up.

Anyway, all that said... while the frat brothers might have made fun of him a bit, you can't be a total nerd if you're rushing for a frat. Unless it's an academic frat, but that's not the vibe I got from this, especially when they're partying with prostitutes haha.

Speaking of Hunt... and maybe this isn't kosher around here, and if not, apologies in advance. But is Hunt gay? I've tried to find information online about any marriages or kids, but nothing comes up. Now it has me thinking...

For some reason I thought back in the day there were rumors that he and Cady McClain were an item while they were on ATWT together, but then I read they were really just close friends.

Hunt Block always strikes me as being sexually fluid. Meaning, he'd try anything at least once!
