Members proteus
Cole Declares His Love For Starr While Starr is still being held by Zach, BB (Cole) says that Cole tells Marty that he still loves Starr. Marty tries to give advice and be motherly. The situation with Zach brings Cole and Starr closer. Cole and Starr agree to find out how Hope died. Starr also wants to help Cole with his addiction because she still loves him. A Closer Look: Ron Carlivati: SOW: So, Talia is found dead. RC: Yes, that's terrible. SOW: Bringing in Zach was a great idea, but now it appears that he may not be guilty. Spill, please. RC: Yes, well, we know that the killer has left his calling card with the letters KAD, so Zach showing up at this opportune moment seems very suspicious. He may, in fact, be the killer, but we like a few surprises up our sleeves. SOW: So Todd could still be involved somehow? RC: Todd will be tied to it right to the finale, and obviously, he's involved, as he was part of KAD, as well. He was tied to all the murder victims, and had a motive and opportunity. We're still keeping open that possibility that, shocking though it may seem, it could be Todd. SOW: Will it eventually be revealed how all the victims are related? RC: Yes. Talia's death is more of an unplanned thing. She's not tied together the way the first three victims were. This is more of a "surprising the killer" murder, where the killer was coming for the next person. Talia may have seen the killers face right before she unfortunately died. SOW: Will there be any more deaths? RC: The killer is definitely not through yet, and has a few other victims in mind. SOW: When you plot a murder mystery like this, do you see the whole thing from beginning to end before you start writing it? RC: Obviously, sometimes as you write, it takes some twists and turns that you weren't expecting, that you maybe think of along the way. From when we killed Janet/Lee Halpern, we knew who the killer was, where it was going and how the letters were going to be found. In some instances, we've seen murder mysteries where even the identity of the killer may have gotten changed along the way. In this case, a few story points did change, but the whole KAD concept was planned out from start. You do have to plan in ahead so you can drop clues, and you can have the audience invest and try to see if they can pick up on the clues along the way. SOW: Do you keep the identity of the killer a big secret that only the writers and Frank know? RC: We try to. Because it's very easy for one person to get excited and tell one person, and then the next thing you know, everybody knows. You do see things on the Internet and you think, "How did they get that?" SOW: Speaking of finding things, John is no longer on the force, but he certainly is acting like he is. He's determined to solve this case. RC: We're playing that in his heart John is an investigator and a cop. This case, especially with the personal connection to Marty, is pulling him back to who he was. And he can use some tactics that may not have been available to him had he still been on the force. Which will, as you see, bring him up against teh LPD. So when do we learn the name of the murderer? RC: You'll be finding out who the killer is during May sweeps. Sneak Peeks: Todd saves Starr and Cole from Zach. Schuyler catches Stacy and Kyle in a compromising situation. Todd and Tea make love. Another Llanview resident is found dead. Can't Miss: Friday, April 17: Bo brings John in for questioning. Week Of April 20-24: John and Fish find Talia dead in Dorian's pool. After confronting Todd about the deal he tried to make with Tea, Viki realizes that Todd still has feelings for Tea. Todd plans to use John's situation to his advantage. Rex's father shows signs of life. Things heat up between Todd and Tea. Nora is shocked to learn what Rachel is up to. Antonio comes to John's rescue. John says good bye to Blair and goes on the run. Members leevo64
What a relief to find that Ron wrote the story knowing who the killer was from the start! I hate being jerked around with poorly planned murder mysteries...

Members Darn
Oh lord no one gives a [!@#$%^&*] about OLTL's 16th murder mystery in the last 5 years. And it's a damn shame that we're losing Talia for this NONSENSE.
Members dm.
It's a very big shame that we're losing Talia, mostly because Kamar won't do the show anymore. Bonner did great in the role.

Members Ann_SS
LOL! Why does OLTL always have a murder mystery? I never believe the headwriters when they say that they know who the murderer is. It always obvious that they change the story to leave the identity of the murderer open or fall in love the possible murderer so they change his or her identity to keep the actor.
