I also agree with R.Sinclair and AMCTrainWreck. Honestly, with all this talk about Evil Manipulative Reese who is doing everything she can to break up Zendall and pants for Zach at every opportunity? I just am not seeing that on my screen. At all.

Even the "stalker" scene watching the Zen-macking? TB played it as somebody who had come over to the house and accidentally stumbled on an eyeful of naked Zen. Oops! Embarrassing. No more, no less.

Yesterday's episode proved to me that Jesse's return was unnecessary. The dynamics between Angie and Frankie working together and being mother/son are what's really interesting about the Hubbard fam...nevermind the fact that they have no clue what to do with Angie and Jesse as a couple.

He's always been a shoddy parent.

Well, that's what you get for screwing each other on the living room floor with the shades up. Don't these people have bedrooms?! I wish they'd quit writing sex scenes if they can't afford bedroom sets for these characters. I'm tired of them all boning each other in their living rooms on the sofa or the floor.

Jesse's useless. One, because whenever a character gets written to be a police chief, you know that character's screwed -- because cops are idiots on soaps. Two, because Darnell is getting on my last nerve. It's like he went to the Tony Geary & Maurice Benard school of SCREAMING EQUALS BRILLIANT DRAMATIC ACTING!

I just want more scenes with a shirtless Cornelius. I mean, damn. What's the use of him living with a former hooker/porn star if he doesn't have any sex?!

Anyway, Angie was right on the money. Frankie keeps fcuking around with his career by "bending" the rules. The best way to help your friend in this position, Frankie, is to give her a huge box of condoms, diaphragms and a bottle of birth control pills. I know we're supposed to be on Amanda's side in this story, but let's deal with the real -- the girl was kinda slutty having unprotected sex with two men in a short time span. But then again, what do I know? I haven't had sex in two thousand, two hundred and eleven days.

 which reminds me. Did you catch David & KWAK's (what I presume was their) wedding night on the living room floor of Wildwind? We'd already seen them in their bedroom a few days before so I don't know why they couldn't have trotted out Dr. Evil's bed a second time. Maybe that hard floor was the cause of KWAK's Rosemary's Baby birth-mare?

I like Darnell. *hides* I haven't noticed the screaming as much as I have with Mo "I'm gonna stop taking lithium in order to keep Sonny real" Benard, and honestly think that if anybody should be checking out acting classes, it is Vincent Irizarry.

Love Cornelius Smith and wish TIIC realized what a star thay have on their hands. Then maybe we'd see him having wild sex with... I don't know, somebody hot and sexy who is not currently pregnant by two guys on the show?! Sorry, I think Randi is a total snooze. CS also needs to stop declaiming his lines all the time like he is King Lear, but that's just a personal preference. Every time I see him with Debbi and, yes, Darnell, though, I am shaking me head, thinking "This guy is going to get a better offer like Billy Miller did and AMC will look like chumps."

All I can say is Go Reese! I totally agree with everything that has been said..... Reese is not being written as the villain she is made out to be. I was really worried what would happen once I found out she was staying, but I love seeing her stand up to Zach and Kendall.... and Ryan. TB is selling it... to me anyway. Zach and Ryan can both go to hell, cut from the same cloth.... They can take Kendall with her.... the honeymoon is over.... she has been a broken record now for 3 week,s it was fun for a little while, but she needs a new tune. Either sh*t or get off the pot Kendall in regards to your husband.

    • Six minutes into watching today's episode, and there's Joey...... Ugh!!
    • We have to deal with more Tide and Febreeze - that’s really what’s paying the bills for the show, so it’s a necessary evil.
    • It is interesting that Ann lasts as long as she does as a character on the show. I assume the show chose not to renew her contract, but I don't know for certain. I also believe Millette Alexander's contract wasn't renewed after she last appeared at Christmas in 1982. Looking back, I really wish that they had ended up pairing Sara and Mike Bauer versus Sara and Adam. Sara and Mike were already good friends, and it would have been an interesting twist in 1978 if Sara and Mike had a fling after Dean Blackwell's death, Sara turning to Mike for comfort after Dean's death. Mike and Sara certainly could have been a tentpole couple moving forward, unlike Mike and Elizabeth.
    • I wish they’d inject some of Colby’s real life energy, and yes, fashion sense, into Kat.
    • Like I've said before, I think the show is often a very strange (and admittedly fascinating to me) mix of very old-fashioned, purple dialogue and classic soap opera structural elements - right down to the insanely blatant, virally successful product placement for P&G - mixed with other dialogue or material that tries desperately to be current and hip. One moment it will remind me of very hokey old B&B stuff or expository stuff out of the '60s, and the other it'll look and sound like the Prospect Park soaps. Some of the hipper dialogue or material (Chelsea's sexuality, etc.) works for me, others are pure cringe. Same with the classical stuff, like the characters (particularly the elders) gathering around to recap plot, make grand pronouncements about each other or their children/family, or make grave portents of the future. Then there's the whole piano thing lol. It's a weird mix, but not one I'm mad about atm so much as mystified by. As a longtime soap fan it is very compelling to examine even when parts of it really don't work, because so much of BTG feels both very old and very new at the same time. I do think they need to dump the Bell (or maybe more accurately Brad Bell) school of dialogue MVJ has been working from for years, and bring in more of the naturalistic GH house style she and Guza worked from in the '90s and 2000s. If that means dumping a lot of the dialogue people so be it (I do think some are good). OTOH the Bell style seems to work for a lot of the social media and probably offline audience that isn't me, so who's to say. I don't think Dani is at all in the latter-day Carly though. She's not on quite as much, and she's far from always right. I do think they are definitely playing it down the middle with the Duprees while waiting to reveal more, but I do think they want you to see them both ways or divide the audience on who they are. Which seems to have succeeded because some people are baffled.
    • Might this show be a black stereotype? Angry crazy acting women like Dani and Leslie. Cheating punk men like Bill and Ted who didn't keep it in their pants. Angry black men like Martin. Promiscuous black man wanting the white girl. Dirty black cops. And so on?

    • That would require Dani to think about someone/something other than herself.. and we all know Dani only thinks about Dani.  Including her butting into Nicole's business instead of just being a supportive sister.
