Yeah, I hate it when these threads start focusing on certain actresses, yes I hate them too, but they shouldn't take over the main focus of these threads, like they did for 60% of last year. Discuss the show, hatred for the actresses can be apart of that, but it shouldn't be the entire discussion thread.

Yes, you express it perfectly. I am NOT defending these actresses. I mean, I tend to see things as "the good mixed with the bad"...so you'll almost never hear me outright reject a character or actress (EXCEPTION: Lauren Woodland's Brittany Hodges, whom I must never see again in any context). But I think there is a more-than-usual repetitiveness in the discussion of their limitations that derails these threads.

Sorry but I think Monday's show showed just that. I didn't mind TS on Friday in the role, but as it all played out, she just fell flat. The fight with Victor didn't work at all--the build up of Colleen's anger didn't work, it just came off as whinning and nothing else--and then the freak out. The total change of emotions didn't feel real, but more like there wasn't a clear focus on what TS wanted her character to be feeling.

I must be the only person just getting through Y&R these days. I don't know if it's just that I'm so invested in GL again or what, but I'm bored with most of the show. I like Billy/Chloe and Katherine/Jill stories and I loved the flashbacks of Brad, but that's about it. Abby/Eden/Noah/Colleen/Lily/Cane all bore me to tears. I can't stand Victor/Ashley because I think she deserves better. I'm sure I'll keep watching because it's Y&R and well, there is Jack, Katherine, Jill, Michael and Lauren, but I'm just not feeling it these days.

The Chloe "thing" with Billy and Cane....eeeeeeeeee loved it! I missed seeing Billy & Chloe together.

This mystery woman stuff is deliciously soapy, and any scene with the Abbott kids all together I love!

The Jack, Tracy, Ash and Billy scene was fantastic!

Today was pure soap. Absolutely loved it. Even Lily and Cane in the eppy didn't kill it for me..Though I'd still like a Brad mention from Jill..That final Jill and Jack scene perfection.
