Passions Post-Finale Thread

I'll admit I wasn't a regular viewer, but I had to catch the series finale of Passions... It was actually kinda cute and suprising, if not a little too over the top, yet touching at the end. I hate to see any soap get cancelled, and Passions was one of a kind. What were your thoughts?

I hate that they didnt properly resolve the Juanita story. It ran thought the entire DTV run and was major catalyst for how things ended with everyone towards the end. They ended it by having her carted off to jail. Thats it? She had just escaped from the authorities before she came to the US. She has proven to have contacts and be able to bribe people to get her way. She will only keep coming back, more hell bent on killing Pilar and her afmily. The only way this should have been handled was to have Juanita killed off. They should have had one of the earthquakes cause something in hte church to fall on her head and kill her or have the earth open up and have her fall into hell

The part about Antonino and Sheridan being soul mates bugged me, didn't make any sense to me. Also dissapointed to see no Beth, no Charity but overall I liked it.
