He's a writer - not a producer. He doesn't have the power to do that.

CK is a veteran as far as "teen scene" characters go.

alwild is just full of it, and no offense, but anyone who believes the garbage he/she is spreading is just as stupid/gullible as he/she wants us all to be. They're not going to fire CK at the height of Lane's popularity and replace her with an actress who may/may not work. Especially since they've gone to so much trouble to promote Lane.

I liked Billy Warlock on Days back in the late 80s, I thought he was the wrong person to play AJ after Sean Kanan left. Billy's a very good actor, he just didn't have the physical size or potential meanness to stand up to Jason or Sonny and be taken seriously by the audience. Nothing against Billy, Sean, or Steve Burton: love them all. Just didn't think Billy was the right recast for AJ
