July 15, 200817 yr Member Pratt says he was approached by Frons to shake things up. Not surprising. He feels one of the most important things is to bring Ryan/Greenlee/Aidan/Zach/Kendall front and center Oh now nice. Hmmmm. Annie is missing from that. They both agree that Gus and Harley is over and that’s not who they want to do. This is a new chapter. I'm glad they realize that. All in all, this doesn't sound that bad to me. Typical AMC.
July 15, 200817 yr Member All in all, this doesn't sound that bad to me. Typical AMC. Yeah, typical AMC of the past 5 years...
July 15, 200817 yr Member UGH! Everything sounds good EXCPET Kendall/Zach/Ryan/Greenlee/Aidan. We get them every freakin DAY! Give them a break! UGH! If Erica and Adam are going to be front and center then they both better be in good SL that actually make sense!! Also I am a glad hes met with Agnes. But thats what B&E did and look what they did with AMC.........
July 15, 200817 yr Member I want typical AMC of the 90's back. We all want that be we are not going to get that with Frons still at ABC.
July 15, 200817 yr Member EVERYONE "meets" with Agnes. It's a talking point new HW's are required to give in their first interviews. It might just mean they offered to hold the door open for her. I was one of the first to tell everyone to give HS a shot when word got out that he was going to join Y&R. Because we didn't know what his influence would be, the kinds of stories, etc. Not to praise him, but just not to damn him yet. (And I'm still waiting to see before I pass judgment. I'm definitely on the fence) But Pratt's taking a cue from Frons' book and saying ALL THE WRONG THINGS, WAY TOO EARLY before his stuff even airs. It's hard NOT to pass judgment.

I don't think he met with Agnes. And, of course, she probably had no say in this and in the previous hiring. BTW, I met with Agnes yesterday.

Ever since the unabortion debacle, I think our poor Agnes has lost it. Not like Frons or Pratt would really listen to whatever she says anyway. AMC at the moment and from what Pratt's telling us, feels nothing like what the true essence of the show is supposed to be, but sadly no show feels like its true essence at the moment (and yes that includes OLTL). July 15, 200817 yr Author Member I don't think he met with Agnes. He may have talked to her for the bulk of those several times over the phone but he met her at least once. He said her eyes lit up when he told her about the Taylor McBride/Iraq story. Of course, I assume she was injected with the same drugs they gave her when she gave her approval to the (un)aborted fetus story, heh. I'm sure the Iraq story will be at the least fine, but I still don't believe Agnes wasn't drugged or paid a handsome sum for the (un)aborted fetus story comment. BTW, I met with Agnes yesterday. She did, I saw her as I was leaving my meeting with Agnes.
