Looks like those fans who felt Jean should not have to leave just because Stacey was will be happy. Gillian Wright will be returning to the show in spring 2011.

I'm kind of surprised, but happy as well. Jean works well as the quirky supporting character. So much of her existence has been based on Stacey though, so it should be interesting to see what they do with her when Stacey's not there. At least it means they'll still be more of a Slater presence on the show.

I know they also extended Charlie's exit according to Derek Martin.

I loved tonight's episode.

Poor Glenda, having to go from the sexy Leon to the drab pig that is Phil. However, I did love how 1) she just left Ian in the flat and 2) the end scene ... "Goodbye Philip ... Goodbye Auntie Glenda!" That was made of win.

Why doesn't this show already get rid of the useless Jane? She is about to "visit" a hotel with Mas and even though there's something entertaining about their relationship, the two just don't mash.

The ominous knocking on the door was hilarious: they are screaming and expect that the one who knocked won't know they're there.

Dot is annoying. I hate it when such a character becomes iconic (and she's been one for decades). Though, sometimes I like her.

The Dot scenes the past two days are just heartbreaking. Does anyone know where they're going with this? And who was the person Dot said Julie reminded her of? I heard Diesel, but that doesn't seem right.

Dot joins Grace's church and they let her run the choir.

Dot has been very lonely since Bradley died and even more lonely since Liz left. It looks like it's finally catching up with her, all she does it look after Jim.

I don't know exactly where they're headed, but she has some upcoming scenes with Pat after Pat finds out that

Ryan and Stacey have been sleeping together.

Dot being Dot and "not one to gossip!" should have a parade with that one.
