I'm going to start with Carrie's e-mail to Aidan (Baby, Talk Is Cheap by Cindy Chupack):

Another big problem-- I'm surrounded by memories of you... in my apartment, on the street, that little Moroccan restaurant we ran into when it started pouring rain on us and you kissed me over the cous cous. (Rookie tactical mistake not to have a memory-free environment. Why did we have to go so many places?) Anyhow, I'm not holding out hope that you're going to change your mind about us. You probably have a new girlfriend now, or several new girlfriends, and I missed my window, and I'll just have to live with that. I'm sure you feel like you can't trust me with your heart. But please know that I never meant to hurt you, and I would never do it again, because I know now (too little too late, or better late than never?) that what we had was real and rare and special, and the way it felt to kiss you is the way I always want to feel.

I hope you write me back, but if you don't, I understand. Just know that I'm thinking about you, and I miss you, and I'm still sleeping on your shoulder when I close my eyes at night.

I'm currently going through Season 4, and I'm all for Aidan/Carrie. I know what's going to happen, but I still would have liked it if they had stayed together.

Aidan and Carrie were the best. Big was toxic to Carrie and I hate that she kept going back to him

i loved aiden/carrie

but he was too good for her. that relationship was too good for her.

Samantha/Richard So she does have feelings.

I still haven't reached the episodes with Harry, but I really didn't like Trey and Charlotte that much. Or at least I didn't like they way they were written in the final few episodes of their marriage.

Carrie/Aidan wouldn't work in the long run because he tried to change the person she was. He was too perfect and tried to make her better than taking her for the person she is. Big/Carrie have similiar issues but look at the other for the person that they are. They come a long way from the beginning of the series to the end.

I just loved this show and the movie was great.
