Well in some instances I completely understand it, such as if there is a Tornado Warning, but breaking in just to say it is hot or cold outside is a bit much.

They love to break-in and talk about a wreck on the Interstate.

Like people stuck in traffic behind the accident in their vechile can watch their coverage.

It's even worse here in the tri-state area, on my affiliate WPVI. They have interrupted soaps to show the freakin Philadelphia Eagles getting off a plane, to show a press conference by the Philly Mayor that could have waited until 5, or god knows what else.

Hahaha.....sounds about like WHAS in Louisville, KY. They are about like that. Thank goodness we get two ABC affilates here. When that happens, I just switch over to WBKO from Bowling Green, KY.

They did that hear in Memphis two when the Memphis Tiger's got off a plane. It int erupted all of One Life and half of GH. I was so mad I wrote a letter to them LOL.

I wish they'd do away with these titles, and also such revealing "Next on OLTL..." previews.

Do they actually break in the show with a LIVE news update? They just do a news scroll on top of the screen here.

The titles are an OLTL thing, the end of episode previews are an ABC thing.
