Baby Ryan

*This is a parody of Beyonce's song "Baby Boy" but with the above title. Enjoy!

Baby Ryan you don't have a mind

Fulfill your death in my fantasies

I think about your slow dying all the time

I see you dead in my dreams

Baby Ryan all a day goes by

Without those great fantasies

I think about your slow dying all the time

I see you dead in my dreams

Aah oh my Ryan's fly Ryan oh

Yes I will hurt you so good Ryan oh

I'm so wrapped up in your death let me go

Let me breathe stay out my life and just go away

Baby Ryan you don't have a mind

Fulfill your death in my fantasies

I think about your slow dying all the time

I see you dead in my dreams

Baby Ryan all a day goes by

Without those great fantasies

I think about your slow dying all the time

I see you dead in my dreams

Picture us with a gun pointed at you real close

In a dark dark corner of H*ll where you belong

Every time I close your dead eyes

It's like everyone cheered, even me and Annie

In your own little Dynamite Kiddo world

The music is that of a funeral

The flight club floor is all your dumba$$ sees

Feels like true stupidity to me

Baby Ryan you don't have a mind

Fulfill your death in my fantasies

I think about your slow dying all the time

I see you dead in my dreams

Baby Ryan all a day goes by

Without those great fantasies

I think about your slow dying all the time

I see you dead in my dreams

Baby boy you don't have a mind

Baby boy your Frankenstare looks are not so damn fine

Baby boy won't you just not be mine

Baby let's not conceive that angel

Baby Ryan you don't have a mind

Fulfill your death in my fantasies

I think about your slow dying all the time

I see you dead in my dreams

You stepping in deader this year,

You stepping in deader this year,

I know even you gon' like it,

I know even you gon' like it.

You stepping in deader this year,

You stepping in deader this year,

So don't you dare fight it,

So don't you dare fight it

What are they doing with Annie? they sure are ruining her character. She's better than these silly games she's pulling off. What was she supposed to accomplish by sabotaging Fusion and getting herself fired? Love Annie and it pains me to see what direction they are having her go down

I personally disagree here. Having her go the manipulative route is far more interesting for me. It adds to her character for me anyway. Dixie and Adam were funny, however it was a bit campier than I was expecting with the evil witch laugh and turning off and on lights. The back and forth though between Adam and Dixie was hilarious. Everything else about the show though today was pretty blah.

Its too light. I mean Dixie/Cady had long strawberry blonde hair back in the day, so maybe that's the angle they are going for who knows. Oh wait, I forgot, they are trying to make her look like Rosanna ;) I jest.

Even if its out of character for her? Annie had her best writing under MMT (yeah shocker there) B&E dont get her and havent done her justice since they took over. This is the worst they've thrown at her so far. She looked stupid today and I didnt mind Greenlee ripping her a new one. Annie isnt even full bitch. Scheming and manipulating is not her thing and she looks like an amateur trying to outdo the big dogs. She's out of her element and needs to fall back. I like her strong and with an edge, not desperate and weak, trying to force things to go her way

Dixie is still as annoying as before. When does she leave?

In Cady's blog she specifically said that was going for reddish blonde hair but it was NOT working so the colorist had to save it by just going for the VERY blonde hair she has now. Dixie has had very blonde hair before as Dixie (just not very long AND blonde).

I'm looking forward to seeing the Dixie and Adam scenes later. I always loved DC and Cady interacting.

Loved everything Dixie/Adam today! :) Can't wait for the Adam/Opal scenes tomorrow!

The Charm/Fusion stuff was ridiculous....

I'm enjoying the Jake stuff - can't wait for him to return to Pine Valley.

I guess today was Ambyr's last day as Colby Chandler :( She didn't get that good for a goodbye scene....hopefully on Wed. the new Colby is great!

Oh and if they ever can sign Cady on as full-time and reveal Dixie really didn't die....they could....bc they really are making it seem like Adam is just hallucinating. I think they're writing themselves out of this Ghost thing if they can sign Cady for long-term...if that's what they really want to do.

    • Roger mostly just had a conscience if it affected him, although there were a few bits here and there. Didn't he look out for Tangie out of loyalty to her parents?  Even at the time I don't know if I could have argued that Roger had been ruined, given that he had raped two women, but there was a complexity in the writing for Roger for most of his return until Laibson/McTavish. He just became a one-note heel. Even worse, I just found Dinah completely unwatchable as Wendy Moniz was incapable of playing a heroine (I know even the best could not have made that material work).
    • Am I the only one who hates how this show treats Claire? She's a glorified extra This girl comes from stock the granddaughter of the shows 2 biggest supercouples and they treat her like she's a throw away. Her pop pop is dying/dead and her other grandpa is saved awoken from his coma, alive because of the selfless heroic actions of her maternal grandpa

There is no reason why she wouldn't be here to say goodbye. Olivia Rose isn't doing anything I bet she love to come back and say goodbye. I just don't understand the motivation & thought process when it comes to some decisions. This show is probably still salty about how they didn't succeed in trying to assassinate Claire, on the alter of her dicktimized bird brained aunt & her serial killer boyfriend/husband with the audience.  Also unless they're keeping it under wraps Sami not being back in time to say goodbye to John is a huge fumble. If it had to do with Ali availability then they should've pushed back the fallout of Johnny learning about his sperm donor raping his mother and the subsequent confrontation with Elvis & Sami to conceded with John's coma & death so Sami/Ali were here for it. It's just a huge piece missing from this. As much I hated Sami's overdramatic looney tunes treatment of John long after she was in her 30s, became a grandma, her & John had one of the best dynamic complex heartbreaking father/daughter relationship's on both daytime and the show. It would be full circle as John's end of watch nears, that Sami apologizes for her treatment of him & admits she does love him. He was just as much as a father to her as "Roman", in a impossible situation that turned everyone lives upside down(The 2 Romans, Roman Intitial Death, The Affair)through no fault of his own. How fitting if she called him dad one last time & how thankful she is for his unconditional support and love. He squeezes her hand one last time, calls her Samantha and finally let's go after hearing the words he spent decades longing for in my eyes
    • So around '84 is when things get bad?
    • There are details through the thread, but yes, as mentioned, she hated Ellen Wheeler, and lambasted her for crying a lot, for her decisions with firing and Peapack, etc. Back in the day she also hated Pam Long, who created Reva and gave Reva all of her best material. The producers or writers she liked most seemed to be those who saw Reva in the most generic of molds, although she likely doesn't see it that way. She was OK on OLTL; I think @Vee could probably give a better summary. She was earthy and added her usual hard work to some trash material. There was nothing special going on, as yet again with patron saint Carlivati it was all plot, no character, and he cared more about writing for a cutesy child character.  You're right about what they could have done with Reva. Reva, Erica, and any women who are in story long enough face this problem. The biggest difference is Reva was allowed to age (even with the post-menopausal baby), which Erica was not.
    • Cali was the only Paulina for me on AW.  Was Judi Evans such a “name” that Cali was fired for her?  Judi basically played an entirely different character.  She could’ve been Nancy!
    • They were great together. Barbara was way too high maintenance for any man. You know Henry divorced her a$$ after about a year.  And, here’s an example of what I was talking about…
    • I watch every day as well, and I am enjoying the show. There's always room for improvement. TBH, things are much different from what I expected reading the character breakdowns. That could be a good thing! I'm willing to let them find their groove and figure out what kind of show it wants to be. The core and underlying theme. -I echo what a few others have said: The show is lacking in real romance and cross-starred lovers. But that tracks from (MVJ) experience cause the bell soaps are not good with romance IMO. -I have a feeling it's being built before our eyes, but we're missing that rival family. -I would prefer more variety of storylines. Good ones that could weave together the whole town.   -I struggle connecting to the male characters. So I hope they get a clear handle on them soon. Most of them feel underwritten and one-note. -Find a better purpose for Naomi. I fear she will be the first Dupree dumped. I completely agree. June's story does nothing for me. And what if she turns out to be Tyrell and Samantha's mom? They are very close to leaving high school. why should I care? If she turns out to be related to Hayley also, what's the long-term story, and why should I care? I believe Hayley can work on her own as a vixen. Does she need a sounding board? Sure, but you can accomplish that with an outsider's friend group. I didn't think I would be saying this, but I would entertain Kat having a forbidden affair with Jacob. Both Naomi and Jacob need something to do other than case-of-the-month storylines.
    • That would really just be a redux of the Leslie/Eva story. I really hope they don't go there. My guess for the storyline with Anita that we have "never seen before on daytime" is that it may be a "me, too" story. Anita did unspeakable things to get ahead because of some disgusting producer, and the other person she left behind was a boyfriend who cared about her very much.
    • Reva and Zimmer needed strong adversaries/scene partners. It would dampen the negatives associated with the character and Zimmer's self-admitted excesses. I think that's why she was a bust on SB. I don't know how she did on her return to OLTL because I was not watching at that point. The problem for me with Reva is the same situation with Erica Kane. It ended up being variations of the same storyline year after year. I think if the show had truly broken up Reva and Josh and put them in other viable relationships it would have freed up the characters to have better storylines and character growth. Instead, it's as if the characters were stuck for decades.
