I would say it was a pretty solid episode. It was nice seeing movement in the Steve storyline and I actually enjoyed his talk with Stephanie. The family dinner was great I love John and Claire she brings out the softer side of him and it is a nice contrast to the Jawn that we normally see. (If we have to loose Belle and Shawn can't we atleast keep Claire).

Another thing that I noticed in today's episode is the attention to detail lately that I have been enjoying. I really believe that Bo is sick he doesn't look like he is just laying with just a headache he looks like he is dying. And I kow that it is stupid but I liked that when Lexi told Hope to call the family you actually saw them get the calls a couple of months ago I don't think we would have seen that if would have all been off camera and the next day they would just have all been there.

I'm watching the show and enjoying it..But the lack of Days viewers on this board has really declined over the past few weeks, so i've been posting elsewhere....I'm at work now, but i'm looking forward to todays show..Especially the John and Victor scenes..And also seeing Ciara...

I'm really not invested in Bo's storyline - HE'S NOT GOING TO DIE! LOL And I doubt the donor is going to die too. I don't see where all this drama is leading to....maybe the writers will surprise me.

What I am liking though is the business aspect (Ed Scott's influence?) that seems to be slowly injected to the show. Jawn's very into Stefano's business and he's talked to Victor about business.....Victor telling Philip that they will need to talk about stopping John......There's already conflict here and I'm very intrigued. And of course Tony and Anna's advertising business.

I'm a little bored lately so I'm watching but not really paying attention. Plus, it's hard to watch Bo's story because I have a family member who was just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, and he's not going to get the happy ending that I'm sure Bo will get. I did like John today and look forward to a John/Victor rivalry.

Well i finally got to watch Tuesdays show and thought it was fantastic..My only gripe was that Roman wasn't included...I'm wondering if Josh Taylor was sick, because all Bo's other siblings were there..Alice obviously wasn't there because Francis couldn't work..And they mentioned that Maggie would stop by later..I would also like to hear Doug and Julie mentioned or shown supporting their daughter through this tragedy..

But the episode was top notch..My favorite scene was the final act..I loved how they flashed between the family praying in church to Lexie and Jonas working in the lab..The music during those lab scenes was intense and great contrast from the music in the church scenes..Also the show ended perfectly on Bo and Hope..Both Peter and Kristian are doing a tremendous job with this material..And even though we don't know exactly whats wrong with Bo, the show is making this illness very realistic..Bo looks like he's about to die and the medical jargon is convincing..Also i have to say that Shawn Christian has done a wonderful job stepping into the role of Dr. Jonas..Its so nice having veteran actors cast on the show, who know what they are doing..

Other key scenes i enjoyed were the scenes involving Phillip...My favorite was Bo and Phillip..It was so nice to see them acknowledge that they are half brothers..Jay was just adorable today..And it was also nice seeing a Phillip and Chelsea scenes..As well as Victor and Phillip interacting..

I think i enjoyed Max more today than i have in a long time..His scene with Caroline, Bo, and Hope was so cute..Loved him offering to do their laundry and saying that he used to hit on girls at the laundromat..

I also enjoyed the Victor and John scenes..Can't wait for more of those..Drake is just rocking this new personality of John's..Also John calling Steve his wingman was hilarious..And a superficial note, Deidre looked absolutely gorgeous today..Her putting out John's cigar was cute..

I am rather invested in it, knwoing no one will die, actually. I think its because its a real ensemble storyline that invovled characters i love and want to see doing things aside from reading letters <_<

I also think the point of this story, aside from creating a ensemble show, is to bond Bo & Chelsea. They have tried but it has never worked. But i hope after this they become close.

I am loving days right now. I really am shocked to be saying that as i have loathed this show for years. And i am even more shocked by the fact that DH is writing it - the same woman who made me HATE it is now making me love it.

Chelsea has layers and depth and shows a wide range of emotions now. Something to credit HS for. She is also a major player in Bo's storyline as she should be. They have both always tried to form a bond with each other but never seemed able to actually connect, hell she connected with Hope more than Bo. So i am happy to see where this goes between the two of them. Stephanie is involved in her parents storyline much more than she is any other one. her & Steve have had a lot of bonding scenes recently and i loved him telling her about Ava and his past. her overhearing things he says is also nice touch. I like them keeping Kayla in the dark as well. Max has been a hot mess since coming on, but it seems like he has a direction now. What it is i don't yet know, but i do think that his comm service, questioning Nick & taking his research, and his job on the docks all connect.

Bo has a storyline! One of his own that is about him at the center! I am so happy. peter reckell is great and i am so glad he isn't just sitting around the pub reading love letters and being a stupid cop like he has for years now. Caroline has so much going on and i am loving how much we see her. I love her & max's relationship and hope that after a few months they go with her and victor.

jawn & blondie are another great thing. J&M become so old and boring but now they both have this new attitude and its great fun to watch. Victor is on more now than he has been in years. Tony & Anna add a comedic side that is much needed on this show now, and EJ & Sami are becoming great again.

But with all the good there is still bad. Philip & Chloe do not work for me. The brady storyline is a mess and seems like an after thought. The quad was wrapped up way to fast. We do not see maggie much at all.

But all in all i am loving days right now and hope it keeps on being great.

    • Albee clashed with co-star Lee Godart, who portrayed villain Eliot Dorn . At the time, the Edge of Night cast participated in a charity baseball league with other New York-based soaps. Albee, an American, was very competitive about the games, whereas Godart – a French actor unfamiliar with baseball – was not as skilled. Tensions reportedly flared when Albee berated Godart’s athletic performance and even mocked his nationality during these games . Godart took offense and complained to the executive producer, who warned Albee to stop harassing his castmate . Albee either ignored this warning or didn’t take it seriously, and continued to needle Godart. As a result, when Albee’s next contract option came due, Nicholson chose not to renew it – effectively terminating Albee’s role on the show
    • I can't remember exactly, but I think the claim was it involved a team baseball game.

Teamwork is not just a word at General Hospital, it's a way of life & I'm very grateful to be working with all these people. • Uh, yeah, huh?!!! Seriously, that was a brilliant line but its acumen is strictly from how hilarious. We imagine Joss in Carly's kitchen breaking the news that she's realized she's gay & Carly is unconcerned & then drops that it's Emma she's in love with ... time comes to a screeching halt!!! I think Moss would likely be thrown hard against the wall. Can you imagine Carly & Robin as mothers of the brides together?
