Anyone remembers Amanda, i cant remember her last name, was it Carrington?, no i dont think so. I Know she was played by Anne Jeffreys, but what happened with her character, anyone remembers?!

Amanda Barrington was on GH. She was Alisons grandmother. She went onto Port Charles and after she was there, like everyone else except scott, we never saw her again.

Anne Jeffreys is such an elegant actress, she should be on a soap, she could play Deidre Halls mother on Days, Marlenas offcourse.

Amanda Barrington first appeared in 1984. She was the best friend of Lila and had an affair with Leo Russell, a masseur who taped their affair to blackmail her. Leo planned the blackmailing with Beatrice LeSeur, a woman who had an illegitimate son (Jimmy Lee) with Edward. Beatrice was killed and Lila and Amanda were both suspected. By chance, it was learned that Beatrice's death is an accident. Amanda remained at Port Charles as a background presence. Then she was on "Port Charles" where she dealt with her granddaughter Alison's heart affairs. She was last seen at Lila's funeral in 2004 with Gail and Lee.
