I'm so pissed that Kentucky was the 1st to go McCain. As a Kentuckian I'm really, really pissed.

Not as much as I was Mulder, not as much as I was. And seeing Mitch McConnell win again also pissed me off.

At least I won my race.....I came in second. There are four seats on the city commission here in Clarkson, Kentucky, with five people running. So I keep my seat for two more years. :)

One's having a party in a huge park....one's having one party in a ballroom. Such a difference.

And the one in the ballroom is for invited stuffed shirts only.

While the one in the park is for the people.

I know this is so wrong but how do you lose to someone who has taken Godless money????:lol:

(Is that money that doesn't say In God We Trust or money from Godless people? I'm just kidding)

Are the Republicans seriously thinking of letting Sarah Palin be the face of their party?

The funniest thing I heard today was that McCain energized the voters and have gotten them to turn out in record numbers.....

I can see her trying to run in 2012 but I don't think she will make it out of the primary. She is too far right and she is one of the reasons that McCain fell apart at the end.

Congrats Scotty!

WTG SCOTTY CONGRATULATIONS

Thanks. :)

As it stands right now, I have 162 votes.......although there are about 14 or 15 absentee ballots that have yet to be counted.

Totals in my race:

164

162 (me)

150

146

92

The top four won.

And at McCain camp they aren't even watching the results while Obama has TV's up in Grant Park and the Chicago area.

Congratulations Scotty!!!! You could still pull out first!

I'm watching Grant Park in Chicago, it is amazing that everyone is coming togehter as a country and as a community. It is something to be proud of. I really wish I was there to experience it. Even Oprah is there in the crowd. I hope Obama's grandmother is staring down at him and smiling on him as he has acheived the biggest acheivment of his political career. It's been 43 years since Martin Luther King JR was killed and his legacy is living on in Obama
