The point is FreeRepublic is not a media organization, it's simply an internet forum and they have a political agenda and so far, anything to do with Obama's birth certificate has been cleared up and there is credible concern about it.

Actually the case is still active and pending...it hasn't been denied, heard, or settled as of yet..

Obama is scheduled to plead his side on Sept. 24th.

I'm wondering....did anyone get a DVD in the mail yesterday from "The Clarion Fund"? I tried to scan in the image but couldn't paste it on this post.

It's entitled "Obsession - Radical Islam's war against the West". The inside cover states:

I haven't sat down to watch it, and doubt I will. From everything I've read on the inside cover, it doesn't appear to endorse one candidate or the other....

I didn't get one, but I've heard of it and it's said to have been mailed out to people in various states that are competitive in the election.

I will admit that McCain has done some shifting during this campaign, but I feel both candidates have flip-flopped many times...

Which part has been debunked? The photo of his school registry was authenticated by the AP. It's an official document in their eyes.

No of course not. It would not be Obama's fault if his mother's second husband adopted him in Indonesia and legalized him as Barry Soetoro and as an Indonesian.

But, this would disqualify him from being president.

It is. But Indonesia is a seperate country. He was apopted by an Indonesian man. The question in the air is whether or not this made him a dual citizen. The President may not have split interests according to our consitution.

What are you unsure of being authentic? Do you not feel the lawsuit against Obama is real? Do you think it is a hoax or something?

I think if McCain was scheduled to testify tomorrow in PA, on 3 counts of charges fraud, constitutional violations, and dual citizenship...it would be HUGE news...

Roman, I don't believe McCain has a formalized plan for children concerning sex education. With that being said, I don't believe Obama has a formal plan either.

The issue that arose from sex ed, was the "kindergarten/age appropriate" comment from Obama.

Obama doesn't have an official outline or stance for educating kindergarteners on sex, however the McCain camp didn't claim he did, they just highlighted his comments as an example of their belief in Obama being "out of touch" with mainstream America...

I could be wrong, but I dont believe an article (to be linked) exsists that would state either candidates' official or specific stance on sex education. (Neither candidate has any statements concerning sex ed on their website)

He was born in Hawaii and that's what his birth certificate says, that's it and there's nothing to suggest he wasn't born in this country. Speculation and innuendo isn't fact.
