I not only don't think she has to concede tonight, I don't think she should concede tonight. It's his night, let him celebrate. I do think she will praise him and go all the way up to suspending her campaign.

By putting it off until later, it turns this into a nice little two-day story. Today it is about him winning. Tomorrow it is about the party healing. I think they will do something together and it will probably be sometime tomorrow. In fact, I think that would be a pretty good strategy.

I think there is no way that it is Rice. I think the only Republican with a chance is Chuck Hagle.

Yep I agree. I think she answered to being fine with VP because they have talked it out and realize it is what the party members want. I certainly want a Hillarack ticket. Hillary will bring in so many women votes if she is on as VP (more like is because odds are that is where it is leaning)....and she has worked her entire life to help the poor. She was not some scumbag attorney. She really cared about helping people and it is rare to find a caring attorney these days.

I don't mind McCain as a person...I just think he is a dangerous politician.

See I wish it was Rice that was the VP nominee with McCain as president nominee...because that ticket would lose even worse than Goldwater did in 1964.

Chuck Hagel would make a great VP but McCain as president is not acceptable to me...Hagel is one of few Republicans that I admire

He has his millions of supporters and so does she. In between both, there are those who will vote for either one.

But there are also many supporters going for the other candidate if theirs is not on the ticket. Right now, we have to worry about how to appeal to those Hillary supporters going to McCain if she is not on the ticket. The best way to have none of them go to him is to have a Hillarack ticket

As a Clinton supporter it's probably easy for you to see things that way but I like to try to see both sides of situations and I can see why Obama supporters don't see it that way.

I think it's unfair (but life) that a ton of extra burden is placed on Obama in terms of people saying he needs to please everyone under the sun in order to win. He can't do it and yes he will lose some votes but maybe there will be other votes that work out for him. Maybe I've listened to the media too long but it sounds like he needs to kiss every butt in America in order to get votes and I find that sad but almost laughable.

You can't possibly know what his supporters would do if she were the nominee. Has it occurred to you that some of them simply wouldn't bother voting?

No I am just going by what the polls say and they are suggesting that a larger number of her backers are going to McCain if she is not on the ticket. Not as many Obama supporters would go for McCain if she was the nominee and he was not on the ticket. These are from reliable polls

I don't know if his supporters or her supporters would carry out what they say...but the polls say what they say
