Okay, folks that’s TV Guide’s preview for the first week of December...

Eric surprises Brooke by acting on his new plan to regain control of Forrester Creations. Sally Spectra informs her employees that she's leaving Spectra Fashions and going on a cruise. Stephanie susses out a secret about Felicia and shares the dish with Nick. Later, Steph offers her rebellious daughter an olive branch.

Famed trumpeter Chris Botti plays at Lauren and Michael's nuptials on Dec. 9. Wedding guests from out of town include Eric Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful's John McCook) and Lauren's !@#$%^&*]y mother, Joanna Manning (Susan Seaforth Hayes). Victoria resents her half sister, Abby, when the little girl insists that Brad attend the wedding as Ashley's date. While Sheila and Tom busily plot to wreck the wedding, Paul, J.T. and Jack suss out the truth about "Jennifer Mitchell." Elsewhere in Genoa City, Dru and Neil are stunned when Devon uses violence to protect his recovering junkie mother, Yolanda.

That Y&R stuff sounds pretty good. It's been a drawn out mess, but I'm glad something is finally happening. Plus no sign of Gloria which is great!

BTW, when does Felicia first air on B&B?

I don't think her leg has anything to do with it. When Darlene was on SoapTalk she seemed to really want a storyline. I miss seeing Sally in action.

I would love to see Sally joining Stephanie at FORRESTER. Susan Flannery & Darlene are a great comic duo!

Sally is leaving Spectra, but not B&B. I heard that Bradley said that with Thorne joining Forrester, that we shall soon expect other Spectra-workers to join Forrester.

I think Stephanie hires Sally (and maybe Darla too) at Forrester.

They need a new secretary (Darla?) cause I think Megan might not be enough for the 2 teams at Forrester trying to work together.

Felicia first comes on Wednesday November 30th.

I'm glad that the Winters are returning from their month long hiatus. I don't understand why their story wasn't on screen for a whole month, but yet they repeat the same crap with the Sheila story every episode.

I think Bradley is doing the same thing his dather did with Kay on Y&R. When Rex was killed off, Jeanne was left in storyline vacuum prompting her character to go on cruises, vacations etc. which took weeks or months (ca. 1995). It was really sad but it is a way to keep characters around until another storyline possibiliy turns up.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sally's plans are put on hold, though. Just look at Stephanie, she wanted to got to Boca - watch where she is now, alive and kicking...

I am looking very much forward to Felicia's return and Lesli Kay's turn on the part. One week left...
