Did you guys really think his name was Sean, pronounced "seen?"

Come on, now! :D

It is going to be weird to have two Shawn/Sean's on the show. Even though the names are spelled differently, it's still going to be kind of weird to hear them. So now we currently have three characters with the same pronounced name. (Grandpa Shawn, Shawn and Sean)

Wonderful

I've hated on some characters big time when it comes to Y&R....so I can see where you are coming from.... I've always wanted to see Jack get what was coming to him regarding how he did John shortly before he died.....

I even had a bitter taste in my mouth with Sharon; I think my hate for Gloria came about when she started getting Michael mixed up in all her mess; mind you that's her son and all, but I love me some Michael....the hate just kept going.... Mind you, I love Judith Chapman.....

I always love reading your posts to begin with... :)

TONIGHT'S GUEST: Leslie Charleson (Monica, General Hospital)

Tune in tonight for a special edition of In The Zone Radio at 10PM/EST (7PM/PT), General Hospital soap legend Leslie Charleson (Monica) calls into ITZ Radio for an interview discussing her 30+ years on General Hospital, as well as the charity work that is so close to her heart. We are absolutely thrilled to have Ms. Charleson as a guest on our show, and hope that all of you fans will tune in.

The character of Dr. Monica Quartermaine on General Hospital has been brought to vivid life by Leslie Charleson, an actress who has all the grace, wit and charm of her on-screen persona. She joined the cast in August 1977 and remains one of the show's most beloved characters. This signature role is a reflection of what has been a long and illustrious career.

The four-time Emmy-nominated actress began her television career as a regular on another ABC Daytime series, A Time for Us. She also spent two-and-a-half years on the CBS Daytime series, Love Is a Many Splendored Thing, where she garnered her first Emmy nomination for the role of Iris Donelly Garrison.

Leslie is an active celebrity spokesperson for breast cancer, cystic fibrosis and AIDS-related charities. She lives in the Los Angeles area.

Is Yennifer Behrens any relation to Sam Behrens, former Brock oh GH years ago?

I am assuming that we can post question. When Stuart Damon was let go and brought back as a ghost, how was the mood on the set and in the scenes where Stuart plays a ghost because all of you look like you have so much fun in those scenes.

Recently Leslie has been on screen more which has been wonderful and I hope it continues, will we be seeing increased screen time for Leslie?

Can you please ask her for the websites for the charities that she supports and can they be put in this thread?

    • Portugal qualifying was the only shocker. I'm really happy for Iceland. IMO, the automatic finalists – Spain, Switzerland and Italy – had the best performances. I love the studio version of Azerbaijan, but on stage, it was a disaster.

    • Randy (Doug's friend who works for Joey) -- Joey told Randy weeks ago that Joey's plan was to get Doug into so much debt that Doug would be forced to get Vanessa's real estate holding turned over to Joey, to use for money-laundering.  That's been the plan all along, which the viewers knew.  The only thing new is that Joey finally told Doug this. I think Joey is written badly.  I also think Jon Lindstrom is doing "Now I am going to act menacing".   But I don't really feel the menace.  It's too overdramatic and it doesn't feel like a real person.  Jon is a fine actor on GH, so I don't know what's happening here -- the entire BTG mobster premise is badly designed/written.  I don't know if Guza pushed for a mobster storyline?  Or did Jon?  (Jon wrote a novel about Hollywood mobsters). It just doesn't fit.  It feels (to me) like this storyline for Jon was just shoved onto the canvas but it doesn't fit all all. Monday's scene of Mona coming into the "casino" to check up on where Leslie supposedly lost money in the slot machines -- and Randy explaining to Mona that there are no slot machines, there is nothing but the card room.  I had to laugh because they had characters comment that it's just a card room and not a casino -- the show is now acknowledging that there's nothing there.  If they are going to do this, then have it make sense for Fairmont Crest residents to visit a high-end glamourous casino, and not a random room with one table. So what money is Joey laundering? A while back, Joey told Vanessa that he knows about her sexual philandering because owns the escort service that she'd been using. But I don't care...  I'd just prefer that the entire mobster storyline go away.
    • I caught up this past weekend. The show is better written, but I have been bored with the show. I did notice it ranked in the top 5 again this week, so that's a good sign.
    • I can't take this show seriously. I truly miss WJB writing this show. Bradley didn't inherit his dad's talent.
    • Maybe if there had been a good close up or two
    • I haven't had a chance to view the interview, but I'm glad Mike didn't get the part of Derek.  Derek is a badly written character. Any Ben Gavin screenshot from yesterday's show?
