Jesus, just what the show needs. ANOTHER useless character. They just rid us of that scumbag, WHY bring him back?

Were the characters that fans actually give a crap about not deemed worthy?

Cordy needs to stay gone. This is starting to turn into 2000 all over again.

Age DOES matter. He would be unbelievable as Jeremy, being 10 to 14 years too old. Also if the rumors of DAYS bringing back Jeremy's father, Dr. Mike Horton, back are true, then the actor portraying his son should be believable in the role. Griffin cannot pass for early 20's IMHO. If you really want Jeremy w/ Steph, you should hope for much better casting this time out. With Ed Scott now in charge, hopefully it will be. ;)

wow, he is 35. He is too old to play Jeremy, he is like 15 years older then Shelley Hennig and she is 20 years old. I want Jeremy with Stephanie but wow. I hope they get someone else. Maybe Jason Cook lol

omg Jason and Shelley would make a cute couple i bet lol. They brought Wayne back as alex north why not bring jason cook back as Jeremy. I bet he would be a great jeremy.

I wouldnt want him as shawn anymore because Brandon made shawn his role

Why the hell is Jeremy needed? I mean yes it adds more men to the younger set but we need vets and not more younger people! I hope its only a brief stint or something but I seriously doubt it.

And Cordy is certainly not needed. They could have just used this chance to send her out of Salem.

*sigh* I SO want to hear some GOOD casting news soon.

King of the Hill Voice Actor Johnathan Joss was gunned down and shot dead this past Sunday at 59 years old in Texas.  Here's the video of someone recording Joss' last moments before he was murdered.  This Monday past, the suspect turned himself to the police station and currently placed on house arrest until his Trial on August.
    • I was hoping the Articulettes  would be more like Klymaxx then the Supremes.  Talk about inspiration for a soapy type of stories  (one of the bandmates tried to use the name in order to perform, internal fighting over who was the lead, and the same bandmate that tried to use the name of the group tried to include their name as a song writer... and almost got an award for songwriting). I could see Sharon/Tracy/Anita fighting over all that... and Sharon trying to use the name Articulettes in order to perform and big bad bully Anita and Vernon block it from happening. Shanice is like Amy Vining... but BTG... Amy Vining had a life beyond the nurses station.
    • I don't believe Lemay was the one who negated the fact that the show was originally set in Michigan. Aside from a few curious character mutations, he did seem to care about the past. I think AW switched the local to Illinois in the 1980s or later.
    • Ooopphh , I just watched my recording and thought, what's going on there.
    • Yes I was watching AW during that time, but I was very young.  So might have missed the references you mentioned. The late 1960s and early 1970s would have been during the Nixon and Cenedella head-writing eras.  Assuming you are correct, I'm quite surprised (and disappointed) Harding Lemay did not continue the Michigan references.  Especially since he was raised in a far northern region of a northern state, very very near the Canadian border. And I know he loved writing (either directly or indirectly) about his upbringing in that region. Perhaps no one in the studio ever told Lemay about the Michigan connection.  Who knows??  But I'm sure Lemay would have had a field-day playing all those Michigan references, which would have made his AW even more believable and relevant than it already was.  Such a missed opportunity!!
    • To me, there were some weaker writers on ATWT in the 1980s pre-Marland, but starting in 2000, the advent of the show's associated with Hogan Sheffer and Jean Passanante, the quality plummeted and remained in the toilet for the show's remaining years. It's amazing that so many actors were still able to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. I just don't think KMS was one of them.
    • Off camera so we could be surprised today.
    • What was most frustrating, is that RTPP was weakly written at the beginning and remained tedious for what seemed months on end. Then, in its last stretch, it suddenly perked right up and turned itself around significantly. Unfortunately, by that time NBC was fully committed to How to Survive a Marriage, and went ahead and cancelled the flourishing RTPP in favor of HTSAM.  Ironically, history repeated itself. HTSAM was dreadfully written in its opening months. NBC fairly quickly gave up on it and changed its time slot to compete with the ratings powerhouse ATWT. Wouldn't you know it, NBC hired Rick Edelstein to take over the writing reigns and the quality soared. It turned into a rich, layered, deep psychological drama along the lines of Harding Lemay's Another World. Alas, NBC axed this newly-shining soap too.
