Not even Edward Scott is going to get Melody Thomas Scott to vote for Deidre Hall. Isen't her hatred towards DH like legendary? Her mocking at the 1995 SOD's (when DH won, beating MTS) defiently is famous.

The episode was another great one. Deidre Hall is just acting her ass off. It's a shame she'll be screwed out of the emmy.

I agree with you. Its funny that after years of deserving actors on Days getting robbed, you kind of become numb to it.

Bingo, I know. I know. It's embarassing for DAYS that they've kept this iconic gem of a performer so far on the backburner her last frontburner storyline was in the beginning of 2004.

I don't think it's all that important to her (since she keeps not putting her name on the pre-nom list, grrr), but hers is the win that'd redeem the Emmys for me. She deserved it with the DJ story, Roman's death, the two Romans, the affair, the Possession, Brady vs Marlena story, Serial Killer storyline and she does for this week alone.

The one good thing about her early years on the show is that she was atleast recognized for her talents with Emmy nominations.

Loved the slow motion when John's casket was being carried out.

LK is such a good actress. I'm actually thoroughly enjoying the character of Kate alot during this time.

Walking in the bedroom.....smelling his clothes......then just breaking down crying. Heart-breaking.

Ya know, as brilliant as the big emotional moments have been, I'm really enjoying the little moments. I'm so glad that they haven't forgotten them. I love Stephanie realizing that she hasn't really been there for her parents and then getting Kayla something to eat. I loved Lexie and Tony reconnecting and planning to meet over dinner. Marlena coming home and seeing something as mundane as an unfinished book of John's, which reminds her of John. Brilliant!
