Members CassieFan
From that list I only liked Muneca Brava, La Mentira and Por tu Amor. OK, Laberintos was OK too.. But the other ones
Members dm.
You've got to understand that I was veeeeeeery young back then, and quite crazy. These days I wouldn't stand to watch either of those for 5 minutes (not even Muneca Brava). It was a part of my past that I have nothing to do with anymore. heh. Members CassieFan
Do you think some day we will see the American version of O Clone? I don't mean on the Telemundo one.. Or actually, American version of any telenovelas on the big networks? Three of my favorite openings ever : O Profeta : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z1GqEP81JCI Paraiso Tropical : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZZaNov7Yx8 Paginas da Vida : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BS3n2FpNX-w :D
Members dm.
I can honestly say I've never heard of any of those. Out of those openings, I like Paraiso Tropical the most... I still wouldn't watch it even if somebody forced me to.

Members Sylph
I remember another Brazillian actress I like - the one who played Maysa, a character I liked, on O Clone.

Members Khan
Unfortunately, I was never interested in any soaps other than the "traditional" ones here in the U.S. Oh Lord, I know that sounds so bigoted, lol. But...I guess it's true. (Sorry.)
Members Sylph
No, it's not. For the vaaaast part, the telenovelas are awful. They don't know how to build up a story, how to construct it, they don't know pacing, there's way to much exposition and redundant scenes. Simply put - terrible writing. But every now and then, they hit all the right places. As I said in the first post here - they know how to write great villains (and villainesses) and the payoffs are great, too. Members Sylph
Oh, yes, of course. He and Maysa would have been perfect together. Wait, maybe they did end up together? I can't remember!
