ETA: If a show is going to do a storyline such as rape, abortion, or any other "RL" type crisis story, then it should be done correctly and PSA's should of been done. This was just a poor excuse for a story and a cop out by the show. Lazy writing at it's best.

Right on! I've been saying the same thing in regards to the Jax/Irina situation. It was, indeed, RAPE! Irina had power, control and the resources to intimdate and coerce Jax into having sex when he clearly said NO. Not only did he say no, we all knew WHY he said no. So, there shouldn't be a question as to where Jax's priorites were. He was thinking only of his wife and stepsons, which is what made him refuse. Hinsey is a dumb bitch. Sorry, but she is.
