The way the did the flashbacks, the background music, Catherine Hickland's perfomance, it all really gave me goosebumps. I thought it was terrific, and very climactic. Catherine Hickland really deserves an Emmy for these scenes. In other news, loved Todd and Blair's scheme, but felt something was not really up to par with Jerrod/Nash/Jess... Today's episode was indeed very solid and I have already seen a difference from Higley's days. The courtoom scenes packed so much punch, it was exquisite too see.
