What? Are they serious? That's so unfair especially if tournament is not made up.

This seems harsh. Maybe they'll decide to freeze the points, or something. This is an unprecedented situation.

A mess.

People were saying to freeze them. It's unfair to drop them.

So they don't play French Openn and Nadal loses 2000 points? The rankings are going to be totally messed up.

Miami is not looking good and I'm not trying to look too far ahead but right now Italy's northern half is all but completely closed off, so Rome looks dicey, at best right now.

I feel like something similar also happened in the early/mid '00s with a few players.

Not a surprise.

CNN talked about Indian Wells tournament being canceled . I don't know why they don't cancel the Miami tournament. Having tennis players wait 4 weeks when they could go home. Some like Fognini are stuck in Italy.

And there has been some backtracking about points coming off....it's not certain what they will do.

Didn't the governor of Florida recently declare a state of emergency?  I know this is done to activate federal funds but won't this be a factor in whether the Miami Open cancels?

Looks like, in accordance with the Spanish government, all tournaments in Spain will be played behind closed doors without spectators.

That is what Indian Wells should've done. I just noticed the points came off and Thiem got hit the hardest but still remains #3.
