I was in awe over the CarJack scenes... Getting kind of creeped out at how 'desperate' Cleo is... I figured they'd have her eventually showing her 'off' side.

I liked the previews for tomorrow with Parker and Jack...Like I said, Katie has no chance...No matter how desperate Jack and Katie become to stay together, their relationship is as good as over :D

Glad that we are having a Lily/Carly scene...I loved when they developed a friendship back a few years ago, and am glad that they are at least having Lily and Carly in scenes together.

I totally loved everything with the CarJack scenes and seeing that old magic back! The fight between JJ and Parker was great. I'm glad they didn't just suddenly makeup. I cracked up at the look on Jack's face  All of those scenes made the show very enjoyable for me today. It was great having those scenes with no Katie around.

Everything else was pretty much just there. Nothing to really get excited about.

Previews for tomorrow do look good!

Today's show was good. Cleo was so pathetic today that I couldnt stop laughing. My favorite scenes were Meg/Lucinda, Craig/Paul and Carly/Jack/kids. It was a treat to see Noah too. Maddie annoyed me today. Even in prison Casey makes her boring....lol Nice cliffhanger.....tomorrow's show looks good too.

I would post more but I had an accident this morning and can only type with one arm. :(

I'm watching it now and the only thought thats going thru my head is....

"OMFG JJ knocked the SH*T out of Carly!" But really that scene was both intense and hilarious. God I love the young actors on ATWT. The argument between JJ and Parker was definitely the highlight of the show for me. Parker telling how he hated the fact that JJ would be living with them after Julia died and how he couldn't stand him hating Carly. Yet how he didn't set JJ up or try to make him into the bad guy. I just wanted to cry right then and there for the kid. Granted Parker hasn't been acting great the last few months but you could see the hurt that this huge betrayal caused him.

And then the punch heard round the world....Carly's reaction was awesome. Jackass's face? PRICELESS!

Now onto the CarJack scenes. I'll just say that I found some of them to be genuine and really warm. Others were fake and felt really rushed. The whole Carly begging Jack to stay for the cookout scene was beyond insane. But the scene where they talked about the "Good Apology" was actually great and I liked it. However that doesn't change the fact that they are moving this way too quickly. I feel like 6 months of pain and hurt is going to magically disappear in the next 2 weeks because Carly says, "Grillman" and "compass".

Paul/Craig were awesome today. I think its pretty f*cked up if Craig slept with a comatose Meg. And I wouldn't put it past the loony and obsessed bastard. The guy has lost his marbles. I almost felt bad for him as I sat there watching him and Paul. I mean really what woman wouldn't choose Paul over Craig? Yet he kept deluding himself that Meg would really love him if Paul were gone. Pathetic.

Lucinda....LOL. Her scenes with Meg were sweet and yet disturbingly hilarious. That damn contract is definitely on her mind. Yet I do think she cares about Meg's life as well. That look when Meg fell? CLASSIC ATWT! But one thing I have to mention is I found the cliffs to be boring. I don't see what was so awesome about the set other than it was a new and pretty different set. It just didn't strike me as special in terms of surroundings, environment, effects, etc.

All in all a solid episode. I'm so looking forward to Branson. Cleo/Maddie/Gwen were okay at best. I fast forwarded thru some scenes cuz I could see it coming a mile away. Boy I wonder how they're gonna deal with Cleo. Theres so many ways they could go with this girl. Psycho forever? Temp psycho who decides to chill and become cool? Temp psycho who becomes normal after learning shes related to Gwen (twin hopefully). I hope they go with twin because that would be an interesting sister dynamic for the show. The girl who thought she had nothing realizes that she had multitudes when compared to the sister abandoned by their dispicable mother. One with lofty dreams of academia and singing. Another with dreams of just surviving day to day without being made fun of or noticed for being "strange".

My jaw dropped when JJ accidentally socked Carly. I loved Carly's "You oughta be" in response to JJ's apology. Haha.

Scott Bryce was deliciously evil in those cliff scenes. Is it awful that I was rooting for him to step on Paul's hand and make him fall?

Gwen/Cleo/Maddie...zzzz. I try not to FF through any scenes but I literally had to during those scenes.

    • See, I imagine it as some kind of "private" room within a bigger casino.
    • I like Nicole for several reasons, she has all the good attributes and qualities of a good person. You have to be a huge hater to dislike someone like her. I consider Dani an underdog. She had a lot to live up to and she hasn't contributed to the family name imo. Naomi and Martin seem to had more flourishing careers than she has.  She might've had a long marriage, but Bill cheated on her left and right. I am sure they had some good times, but I wouldn't call it a great marriage or anything to brag about. She modeled for what 2/3 years? That's not that successful, especially if she didn't pivot to something more lucrative. And that is the real reason she plays momanger cause she is living through Chelsea. Dani is nothing without her family name. Nicole doesn't need the Dupree; she made her own mark! And that's what you should do when you're born with privilege, flip that [!@#$%^&*]! The opportunity is there for the writers to play up her insecurities and resentment issues, but will they? There must've been a reason for her to choose Bill over someone with more status, or coming from another wealthy family. Right?  I don't expect everyone to understand her, but I do, and probably would've made her a more screw up and didn't amount to much outside having some kids.  The lack of crossover from the in-laws always bothered me, too. I hope at some point we get some family dinners. I know it's not earth-shattering entertainment, but I'm a sucker for those scenes. And you can still move the story along, too! I forgot all about my boo Jacob, and he was on today. He, for some reason, reminds me of Garfield the cat!

You're right about that hetero bio son Dupree, though.
    • The casino set needs to be upgraded or needs to go. Why would anyone rich spend their time in the wood paneled 1960’s room instead of just playing cards in what I assume is the normal nice looking casino area.
    • It wasn't his first appearance, though; per the end credits, he is a principal guest star (a.k.a. recurring).
    • Vanessa was flirty with Smitty, and it was weird. Smitty didn't think anything about it was cute or fun. The sex talk between Cody and Vanessa at Orphey Gene's? Also weird af. We needed either a longer scene or another scene to make any of that work. Vanessa is coming off like a nymphomaniac. Forced for plot convenience, just as it was when we saw Eva (HUH???) in that casino backroom. Sorry, none of this casino stuff works. I thought the same thing -- I enjoyed all the different character groupings, but the dialogue was not natural and didn't flow. Yep, kinda weird. I don't get it. Of course, I also don't get the discussion of not having Doug as the surgeon. Is he the only doctor anyone trusts? Then we have June's entire heart procedure talked about, performed, and over within 20 minutes of screen time. -- Cady McClain gives us a different variation of that accent every time she appears. The dialogue between Pamela and Dani is too cute by half. -- BTG, please stop mentioning Martin's run for the presidency. -- I hope we're not going to see Ted soften towards Dana and be taken in by her line of bull. She just blew up his life, and I don't want to see him sympathize with her in any way.
    • Agree.  But I would describe him as being disappointed not bitter.
    • >>><<< Great minds!  Kat certainly does prove that point. She's been given a lot to work with, so we shouldn't be bored of her anytime soon. I am interested in all her storylines at the moment, and curious how the show will use the affair to impact her romances and business stories. Well, what movie was it? Cause… I noticed it too. The first couple of seconds of the song were slightly different. OMG! Great call, precisely the same situation.
    • I think Kin was dissatisfied at GH in as much as Scotty had been pushed aside for Luke/Laura and the writing was doing him no favors as Scotty was now seen as an obstacle to their romance. So with his contract up he was offered big $$$ to move to Texas, which you can't blame him for. In addition to the money, I recall he was promised that Jeb would be a more dynamic character than Scotty. The money came through but not the story, so  don't blame him for being  slightly bitter.

    • A random thought - June is related to Hayley AND Tyrell and Samantha. Hayley and June are sisters separated when young. Years later June's children Ty and Sam end up being adopted into the Dupree family, coincidentally giving Hayley a further link to that family.
