The show has taken such a nose dive that it's no wonder all of us are tuning out...Most of the television sets are turned on to Y&R but nobody is in front of the screen; therefore, that most likely the ONLY reason why they stay high in the ratings...

Spring/Summer cleaning needs to be done and a certain lady in charge needs to be given her walking papers.

I think I'm done with this clusterfuck of a show too, unless CBS/Bell/Sony have the sense to replace LML. However, that won't be happening any time soon.

I think we all should start a boycott, that way LML will be gone in no time once the ratings take a severe plunge. Just a thought.

Most black veiwers aren't interested in Niel or Devon they are to bland for most of us. That's why most of us click with Davetta Lily who came off like mini Dru. This would be a great chance for Lily to get some of Dru habits. But CK Lily can't pull it off unles she finds her inter black. Which she tries to stray away from.

Jack being turned into a villian is what turned me off. Victor will do the same thing, and he is admired and untouchable. But Jack simply gets back a company he should have never lost, and he's a demon getting visits from his dead father? Jack has no conscience? LML has no conscience is more like it. She's a witch - I just know it.

I am so glad to see so many people jumping right on the boycott Y&R bandwagon. Been riding it since mid April here and never looked back.

It makes me absolutely sick that for the first time in the 13 years I've followed Y&R that I actually don't miss the show....

I truly don't. I see on Y&R what I've just had to endure on AMC for 3-4 years with McTavish. Latham's vision is lock step with McTavish. Throws character/show history out the window and its all plot after plot, stunt after stunt.

This show really began to tank when Alden and Smith were officially out of any capacity on this show.

Congratulations CBS/Sony, by "fixing" Y&R, you completely blew it into smithereens.

You know this discussion thread is soo much fun when we are all venting what we are disliking about the show....

The show is sooo FF material for me....Don't have to even watch to know that everyone is messed up in the head in GC.....We all know that Gloria will never pay for her crimes; that Ole Stone-Face Brad will never change his egotistical ways, and that Sharon will once again be torn between which man will pry the legs open next.

Sharon loves having those legs wide open. Jack, Brad, the gardener. She don't care! LOL

I'm black, and I stopped watching before Dru went off that cliff. I love Dru, but I watch any soap for compelling stories and great acting, something all soaps are lacking...

I want to see more people of color (and no...not Don Diamont - that tan is getting ridiculous) on daytime, and I want to see some better writing. I am so tired of these hacks coming in and deciding that something of their choosing is what the audience is going to like, and when it does not work, they forcefeed it anyway. I'm in charge of what entertains me, and no one else!

Latham has got to go, and she can take that congested Kalill with her. Take the albino porn whore too!
