There is the new character Tate, who used to be a baseball player, but isn't anymore. He's got the hots for Adrianna and Rex recently outed him as gay on national tv even though he isn't.

Miles is Mitch Lawrence's brother. He was disfigured, but Spencer fixed him. Miles was in an institution most of his life, didn't know his family. Spencer is using Miles from the grave. Miles gave Todd the info that led to the ambush after Spencer sent him a letter with the info (after he was dead). We aren't sure if Mitch is bad or just naive. He wants a relationship with Jess since he's her uncle. Nat seems to stick up for him. Vikki and Dorian don't trust him though.

Thalia is a police officer. Possibly a love interest for Antonio.

Lmao! Mitch Lawrence is Jessica's biological father. I wasn't watching when he was on, but he was an evil psycho from what I can gather. Maybe someone else can tell you more.
