Ugh [!@#$%^&*] CIA leak interrution. IMO DAYS and PSNS Friday episodes BOTH should have not been counted, like OLTL's episode.

If that were the case DAYS would have been at a 2.6 with a +.2 for the week. Instead Nielsen counts the 1.9, which would have been a CRAP load of people tuning out because of the damn interruptions.

I still can't believe that even with a 1.9 for Friday, DAYS still managed a +.1 increase for the week.

Yeah true, but here in NY the entire episode of DAYS actually showed so I think maybe that's why they decided to go ahead and count it...

Apparently McTavish is still as safe as safe can be. I don't know why though....my guess is Frons wants her there because Cady McClain and Keith Hamilton Cobb and Cameron like her. But if viewers can't stand the writing they aren't going to tune in for very long even if Cady and/or KHC come back.

I think OL's ratings reflect the truth about the show. There is a base comprised of those that enjoy the show and those who are diehards and are hanging on in hopes of improvement. I do thing there is some errosion in the base which seemed to be set at more of 2.7 in 2004. Bottom line is until the show offers something to the viewers who aren't enamored of the triangle, JAVA or floating corpses I don't expect to see better ratings. By offering something more or different I don't mean having people stand around in scenes. I mean actual stories that get significant play.

Did anyone notice that Monday's Days rating of 2.8(their highest for the week) was Donald Trump's Cameo.

Friday: 1.9

I guess good ol' John and Marlena aren't saving the show like some thought... although, in all fairness, I do that that epi was preempted in some areas? Or something?
