Testimony reached a boil in a Florida courtroom on Tuesday when Howard K. Stern's lawyer played a video of the late Anna Nicole Smith tearfully revealing how she feels about her estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, who wants custody of the former Playmate's body.

The footage was shot for Entertainment Tonight and The Insider but never aired.

Said Smith, "You want to hear all the things she did to me? You want to hear all the things she let my father do to me, or my brother do to me? Or my sister? All the beatings and the whippin's and the rape? That's my mother. That's my mom!"

I watched on Fox where Virgie said earlier today that she had heard Entertainment tonight was paying Howard a million bucks to be allowed at the funeral to film it. I just about believe it too. ET has had exclusive everything so far.

Entertainment Tonight is at a low point, IMO. All these "exclusives" and paying a million dollars to Howard K. Stern, I just lost all respect for the producers and its anchors, including Mary Hart.

He needs her DNA for the paternity test.

It was put best earlier today. Dannilynn is Anna's next of kin. If they determine paternity of the baby then he would be the legal guardian and he could say where Anna should be buried. Furthermore, as her mother she should want Anna to be at rest with her son.

I think the ruling came down today so that the judge can make the rounds of the morning talk shows tomorrow. Did the DNA question get answered? I am glad ANS will be buried with her son.

Judge went crazy!! Crying and such...what the heck was all that about?? Little to involved if you ask me! OYE!! The DNA questions and hearings I think will begin tomorrow in California.

That Judge shouldn't even be on the bench, totally unprofessional crying on the bench. And some of those questions that were being asked were a little ridiculous.
