When PASSIONS goes...

Passions certainly gave a cushion to GL, ATWT, AMC, and OLTL at various times. For the first time in decades, it won't be some new soap (e.g. Santa Barbara, Generations, Loving, Port Charles, Sunset Beach, Passions) at the bottom but one of our venerable old dramas.

Will GL own the basement, or will it alternate?

I think GL will be stuck at the bottom, at least for the foreseeable future. Of course, if there were any justice in the world, that spot would be reserved for AMC, but I digress...

Please, AMC should be #3 in the ratings with this incredible Satin Slayer storyline, not to mention Zarf. Hell, Bianca as portrayed by Eden Riegel is reason enough for the show to be #3 in the ratings, with a 4.0 rating. In a perfect world, of course. :)

I do think GL will take the bottom spot. But if their Nielsens don't change with the new ranking, hopefully it won't affect the show's future. After all, somebody HAS to be on the bottom, right?

It's funny that only a few years ago it would have definitely been GL. Now with so many soaps at their lowest it's really up in the air.

I wish it was GH but it will most likely be GL which is sad because it has been awesome lately.
