LMAO! Beth Ehlers as Irna Phillips... I love it. She's dong a great job.

Irna: "Then it wouldn't be about life."

Beth Ehlers really did a lot of research to get Irna right and it is showing. She even met with Don Hastings and Eileen Fulton - two of the last remaining stars to work under her. She should have talked to Helen Wagner too, but only with Hastings & Fulton.

It is good to see the backstage part too.

Good to see that Irna didn't care what was going on other soaps. She wanted to tell her stories and that is what made them unique. Now everyone sees what works on another show and copies it.

Oh wow, this KY "Intrigue" commercial is HOT!! LoL

ONly one historical thing there wrong. Charita Bauer didn't take over the role of Berthan until 1950. They said it was 1948. The role was created in 1949 and was played by someone else.

Okay I will forgive them that one.

Beth Ehlers is doing a fantastic job. Very well put together show. I'm a little bored though, but the show is still good.

I know. When will today's shows learn that what works on one show doesn't necessarily work on another? These shows have separate identities, and should remain that way.
