Heather Tom has said the same thing. She said she hardly interacted with her castmates when she was at Y&R and was surprised when she got to OLTL and saw how much the castmates interacted outside the show. Though her reason for it was because in LA, cast members are more spread out while they live close together in NYC.

I don't know if this has been discussed or not, but out of curiosity, when Passions moves to DirecTV, will it still be considered a daytime soap in the sense that it is still eligible for Emmy contension?

All this Emmy talk has me thinking ITZ should do an Emmy edition next week and comment on the winners/losers.

ETA: Wasn't there a juvinlle catogorey at one point? I thought Kimberly McCollugh won it once.

Camryn Grimes (Ex-Cassie, Y&R) and Kimberly Mccullough (Robin, GH) both won the Outstanding Younger Actress category, when both were like 9 or 10, it should be noted. Also, both won against actresses who were much older than them.
