Cady posted on her blog Friday (on her official website www.cadymcclain.com) - and said that the ABC.com "Confessions of a Mad Soap Star" blog that she writes will not continue on in 2007. She said she'll try to make posts on her official blog more often regarding her singing career and AMC.

She also mentioned that she changed her hair! You know how she is with her hair...anyway she said she has extensions in and will post new pics after her photo shoot next week. So I guess we can except to see a long-haired Dixie in February! I'm actually kinda happy about that...I like long-hair Dixie over short-hair Dixie.

Im not a fan of extensions. While I prefer her with long hair, I would rather she just grow her hair out. Its a good length now and it just depends on how AMC styles it. They unfortunetly have had her look very boring where hair is concerned

I actually love how Cady's hair is right now on screen. Its got a bit of poof to it but not the full out perm she had back in the summer. I like it. Extensions rarely work but hey we all know Cady is nuts when it comes to her hair.

Yeah, they weren't like a wig, but they were there. It gave her hair thickness.
