Sheryl Crow needs a necklace, badly. That purple dress also doesn't flatter her bosom. Hair and makeup is nice, though.

Julia Louis-Dreyfuss didn't look terrible, but she didn't look great, either. I wasn't crazy about the dress on her (love the dress, just not on her) and her hair needed some body.

Tina Fey looks washed out. She needs some color on her face. The hair isn't bad, but it could use more of a... style. And she would look much better with a small necklace... maybe a choker. And why is there a puzzle piece pinned to her chest?
