Picture this: I'm enjoying my two-hour lunch break () by lying down on my bed and flipping through the TV. I catch "Divorce Court."

But wait...

That's not..wait...

That's NOT the DIVINE Mablean Ephraim.

WHAT gives?!!!

Does she still have Joe the bailliff? He reminds of of a maintenance worker who was always grabbing my butt back when I was in school.

Toadstool, that's sexual harassment! I hope you reported it!

Anyway, I agree, I kind of like the replacement. Although Mablean was a DREAM in the role. Today's show had the new judge bring a soon-to-be divorced couple back together so, it was sweet. She takes a different approach to the bench (from what I've seen), and I like it. But still, Mablean is the QUEEN of Divorce Court.

there have been judges before Maeblen and there will be more after

BTW, is the current judge on some other court show before? She looks familiar. Maybe People's Court?

Here's a tidbit from her bio on the Divorce Court site.......

In 2001, Toler stepped off her Ohio bench and headed for Hollywood after being asked to preside over the second season of Twentieth Television’s syndicated strip, "Power of Attorney." It was there that Toler got her first taste of television for which she enjoyed fully.

Rhiannon, I KNEW I recognized her!! SO sad that "Power of Attorney" got the axe. AMAZING show! So unprecedented with such great high-powered, 'name' attorneys. loved it!
