Women don't wear them-just men, but I have been told that Jewish women have to cover their heads/wear wigs in synagogue. I'm not sure about that, but the person who told me was pretty insistent....I'm sad to say I'm pretty ignorant of Judism. But I do like that they're going down this path on Y&R.

Depends whether its an ultra-orthodox, orthodox, conservative or reform congregation.

Pardon my ignorance too.

Is Brad/George really a practicing Jew? All these years, I'm assuming he went to church. He got married in one. Is "Brad" Catholic? Geoge? Judist? Does he have a different religion for which name he's going by? I also wonder if he's going to wear the blakc hat when Brad is having a bad hair day.

Y&R should've just made him an axe killer who marries socialites.
