This is desperation pure and simple. Bernie knows that once the Dems take the House next month Schiff is going to take Mueller's report and drag everything out into the light. That will include a lot of details about how Russia pimped Bernie's campaign. He's trying to grift as much money as he can before he has to start answering the question "What did Bernie know and when did he know it?"

Interesting. I didn't realize that there were people going after the Mercers. I'm glad to see it.

I'm to the point where I'm not even trying to predict what happens in 2020 or beyond. I look at 2016 like 9/11. We're in uncharted territory now. They also aren't prepared to deal with multiple Dem candidates. They only know how to campaign against Hillary.

Glad to see some attention finally being paid to far left saboteurs. It's time to take a good hard at Stein, Bernie, Michael Moore, and TYT, just to name a few.

Perhaps but as the tweet above points out, he's very good in person and ouch at the John Edwards mention. I still cringe when I think of how I supported him. I file him along Nader, Bernie and Anthony Weiner as a politician I regret ever supporting.

I agree with you on the peace and love stuff but with Booker it seems to be genuine. He's always been this way even when he was Newark's mayor and the truth is there is a part of the electorate that still responds to the call for us to appeal to our better angels. I'm not one of them of course. Booker wants peace and love. I want trials and executions.

I heard that piece this morning and was utterly livid. It's the first time I ever considered sending someone hate mail.

She's really odious. I really hope someone primaries her in two years so she's one and done.

This is why Bernie 2020 is dead in the water. For the next two years we are going to learn more details about how he was used by the Kremlin to attack our democracy. Hearings and investigations and reports and indictments will keep bringing it up and eventually he will become synonymous with it. He won't be able to escape it and he's not prepared to address it.

Looks like Mueller had a big gun testifying before the grand jury today.

I wonder when it's going to sink in that the Republican party is nothing more than a criminal enterprise and an arm of a global attempt to disrupt democracy around the world.

I think the three years will turn out to be a life sentence. Cohen didn't just flip on Trump, he flipped on the Russian mob. A lot of these wannabe goodfellas are going to pay for their bad judgment with their lives.

I think he'll just give it to Ivanka or Jared.

I wish that Bloomberg and Tom Steyer would follow in the footsteps of the Kochs and stay in the background while they funnel their cash to gun safety and climate change issues.

That's why I like when he travels. The stress of being away from home exacerbates his sundowning.

Because those voters want other people to hurt more than they want to put food on the table.

I think part of the delay was also just letting Manafort hang himself so his plea deal could be revoked. ETA: This is just...wonderful.

Mueller was waiting for Trump to submit his written answers. Once that happened the dominoes started to fall. The bombs are dropping as we speak. All the stuff that doesn't need the cooperation of Congress has begun.

Y'all know I'm into this Russia investigation like it's my job but I can't even keep track of everything going on now: Manafort breaks his plea deal Cohen pleads guilty Deustche Bank offices raided Maria Butina moved to solitary Stone/Corsi It's all coming together. I just hope tomorrow brings us another round of indictments being unsealed. I've noticed that big news often breaks when Trump travels. I'm pretty sure WaPo holds some stories just to drop them as soon as AF1 takes off.

It looks like this is what he lied about. I really hope that we're coming up on a Julian Assange perp walk soon.

Manafort's plea deal reportedly included protection for his family and allowing them to keep their home. He's basically put his family in the crosshairs.

Let's nip this foolishness in the bud. The ignore feature exists (existed?) for a reason. No one is entitled to our attention. I hope this will get fixed soon.
