I don't know if I maybe didn't notice earlier because it wasn't that bad, but suddenly Brandon's this disgusting combo of judging everyone and everything (even if it sometimes is a fair judgment), while carrying out some truly horrific actions himself without any condemnation for others (because he's white and a man and the lead of the show, so the show is on his side when he breaks up Andrea's GREAT relationship because he decided he wanted her after three years of rejecting her and, as soon as she breaks up with him, he INSTANTLY ignores her again and starts dating someone else. I mean, what a kunt!). The only times he's somewhat tolerable now is with Brenda.

It's a FREEZING Friday, February 12, 2016 and a lot of us may desperately need some hotness in our lives!!

Yes, really! It's been about a year since she started turning her image around. You may not have noticed it at the time, but following the album with TB, this was the FIRST time in eons that people stood up and took notice of her talent, instead of condemning her for her antics. Even the biggest haters (some of them here) could not find a single thing to criticize and (wisely) stayed silent. After that, the whole perception of her started to change. You can go a back even in this very thread and see that. Getting the part on AHS helped, then the Golden Globe and, of course, the Super Bowl. It's been a process of over a year. Of course, this doesn't mean that winning that GG didn't go a long way, but there's been positive talk ever since SOUND OF MUSIC.

I'm not really good at math but it seems it was not even a couple of months since the last post...

It's Tuesday, February 09, 2016! Nothing hotter than bathroom selfies!

I liked the suit, makeup and shoes, too. The only problem was the wig, but it really wasn't that horrible.

UGH at the news about Michelle! Audrey hiding away at Gail's, dealing with Gail's teasing and feeling embarrassed when Luke came in was so beautiful and human. I felt so sad when she told Ken to forget all about what she said. Hopefully Ken will be his usual stubborn self and refuse to listen! Mary telling Erica, Liz and Sally the incredibly long story about her mother giving her the birds and the bees talk was hilarious. Mary never fails to entertain. Her talk with Erica was fantastic. Loving seeing so much of Rita and her bringing Jenny to the street and running immediately into Kevin, Sophie and Jack was great. I do feel it's all moving a bit too fast (Kevin's already said Jenny could say) but it was great how the story about Jenny was used to inform the story about Phelan.

Lady Gaga's magnificent performance of the National Anthem. Beautiful, and a look that was extreme but not too much so. Yas. It wasn't the Golden Globe. The change started with her SOUND OF MUSIC tribute last February, and her toning down her costume antics. The Golden Globes just furthered it.

WHAT!!!! The song is OK but that video was MAGNIFICENT. YAAAAAS BEY, BOO, SLAY THEM ALL. Particularly loved the little boy and the "stop shooting us," Beyonce hanging out of the car with that hair, her double flip-off, the car sinking into the water.... YAS.

Finally catching up with this week. Emma was hilarious hiding Noah and then using it to blackmail Charity into putting Ross on the birth certificate and giving him shared custody. I gotta give it to her -- she played that well. Ross was also funny sticking it to Cain, and the Moira/Charity scenes were great. The Chas/Aaron stuff was phenomenal. The beach scenes were beautiful, and such a welcome relief to see him happy and smiling. He was so cute when he became child-like again. The moment when Chas mentioned fish and chips and Aaron's face dropped was electrifying and led into his confession really well while still allowing it to be a surprising moment. Telling his story was just as much a tearjerker for me as it was for Aaron. Especially that moment when he said, "And then he--" and covered his face in shame was so, so well done.
