  1. I thought she was fine. It wasn't like they gave her a real chance to show her acting chops. Most of the material was going to Stacy at that time. And it kills me how the Foxes get tossed aside when Diane Parish is a diamond. They should be lucky to have her.
  2. Yeah, Matt Di Angelo is not the best actor but I did enjoy the Dean character when he was opposite Chelsea. I feel like that's who needs to be brought back. She was the one character that was able to go toe to toe with Dean and I found them hot. I would've believed her bearing his child over Shabnam.
  3. Was it the pilot called Made in the USA? Or was that Mal Young's soap?
  4. That's awesome. I wish he'd do an original soap under his production company and sell it. I miss his presence at EE.
  5. Tony Jordan has his own production company now, doesn't he?
  6. *gasps* I wish I lived your life! You seem to always have the industry intel! He's one of the many writers I wish I could work with in my lifetime. Or at least pick his brain.
  7. He played Julia's theme or the traditional EE theme?
  8. TimWil, You personally know Tony Jordan?
  9. Thanks! But that doesn't seem like an accident to me. Typical Tracy. I hope this lands her ass back in prison.
  10. How so? B/c everything Tracy does is on purpose.
  11. Did Tracy's dumb ass start the fire?
  12. I thought David Witts was fine his material was just sh-tty.
  13. It is but I think much like people got behind Jammy for the same reason [chemistry], that's why people choose to ignore it with Charity/Cain. *vomits* I am actually one of the few that felt Joey could've had all the potential in the world had the not went this route.
  14. Thank God. I just can't handle incest on soaps. Never cared for Jammy. Don't care for Charity/Cain. It's just gross on all aspects.
  15. I've always been grossed out by the inbreeding within the Dingle family. That's part of the reason why I can't get behind them with the exception of Lisa and Sam [at times]. They're like the Duggars somewhat. Ick!
  16. I'm beginning to notice a trend with P&G going back and looking at various situations. It was always them that wanted to end these shows. Not the networks. Just pisses me off that they didn't wanna sell them.
  17. I forgot that you have a soft spot for Jake Wood. But I don't know why he doesn't try his hand here in the US. I think he'd excel. If he does plan on returning to EE, he needed to take this year off. The Brannings were becoming draining about two years ago and a break is much needed at this point.
  18. I'm going to sound horrible but Anita hasn't age well. Maybe it's the hair color though. It's good to see her though. I always felt that the show should've never killed off Angie or Den. Or a lot of their originals to be honest....
  19. I've been watching a lot of the 1982 clips and I had to ask: For long-term EON fans, did Gunther give you creepy but hot vibes like he gives me? I should be totally repulsed by him but I find the late David Froman super hot. Mitzi was a fool for not jumping his bones.
  20. Just her overreaction to the whole situation and her leading the witch hunt against Aviva. I found it to be just too shady for me. It was OK if she was mad but she didn't have to turn the other women against her.
  21. I thought that last night's NYC was OK. The highlight was watching Bethenny's walls come down more. Everything else was pretty blah. I don't care for Sonja's delusional antics, or Carole running for the board. That sh-t was stupid. And I totally understood Ramona being defensive against Heather's comment b/c it's obvious that she is trying to stir drama b/c she has no story this season. This is why I am glad that Bethenny digs into Heather's ass next week. Heather always tries to psychoanalyze people and it is pretentious and aggravating. She's not doing it to be genuine. She's doing it so she can ride on someone's coattails for a story, and have something to talk about. I am worried about Bethenny/Carole's friendship. I am starting to really to see Carole as the snake she is. I saw it last year via the Aviva situation, but it is shining through this season. How she screwed over Luann's niece and how she is slyly kissing up to Bethenny.... I see what she is doing.
  22. From what little I've seen, I can see that this was potentially EON's San Cristobal-type story, hence why I see why many didn't like it. I guess a lot of people don't care for royalty stories in soaps. With the exception of Mendorra 1.0 of course.
  23. Could holidays play into it as well? Maybe soaps ran literally year round, no holidays off like soaps do now. Could be that. But this is an interesting question you've asked.
