I'm with you. It was so torturously bad and an absolute chore to watch. They need to realize that we aren't here to watch toxicity.

OC What did I just watch? That was the most disjointed conclusion of a finale that I've seen. I'm not sure what to believe about Vicki and Tamra. It was such an abrupt change in direction that it seems like it was cut and edited together bizarrely. I also do not know what to make of Shannon...she was pretty stiff when Vicki was pouring herself out about how she's been through divorce and how Shannon can survive...and then when they shared couch space? I don't feel like we've seen the last of this conflict. Lydia held her own. These women don't realize how rich her family is and the armour like confidence she's got. Peggy and Megan were so boring. Get rid of them both immediately.

I understand. And if I have to be savagely attacked, I would most want it to be by Drita.

ATL Mynique was, like, 25 shades lighter than last we saw her. I've never seen that kind of transformation outside of Michael Jackson. I didn't mind seeing Kim at all and she fit in seamlessly. I don't mind her tangling with Kenya because Kenya's a liar and an unconvincing one at that. She's evasive. Always has been. Kim is vulgar and obvious, but she's also easy to read, what you see is very much what you get. Kenya, on the other hand, is contrived and rings as hollow as a piñata. Porsha's role is pointless since no one will film with her and nobody cares about her veganism or salon. Why Greg Leakes was released from the hospital without a pacemaker boggles my mind - he should have had one done immediately.

Phaedra looks ridiculous. We are witnessing Life After Bravo...and it's ugly.

I respect Tiffany Hendra for calling it as she lived it. And I would bet she's right about Bravo and Andy Cohen, as Kathy Griffin has recently been frank enough to discuss her views on. Obviously, she knows she's burning her bridges, but she doesn't care. That said, I enjoy watching these shows for the very reason she points out: rich people fighting and having problems has been the root of entertainment for decades. It's just real these days, rather than scripted. The issue that Bravo/Cohen is ignorant to is that the audience prefers a lighter season. We don't watch for the toxic stuff. It's what is slowly killing the franchise. I cannot wait for Melbourne.

The Tennis Thread
I am so sad to hear of her death. The moment when HRH The Duchess of Kent pulled her head onto her shoulder so she could cry was a moment of such compassion. Her jubilation at Novotna's win years later was heartening. They had a special bond. I wonder how The Duchess, now 84, feels today.

Atlanta was boring last night. We did not get a full Sheree Whitfield 'Who Gonn' Check Me Boo?' moment. Porsha has no storyline, Nene's seemed like a reenactment, Kandi sat around with her paid sycophants, again, and I don't recall anything from Kenya and Cynthia of note. OC Tamra cries those tears and she's nearly believable. Nearly. Vicki actually seemed shocked that David and Shannon split. And Shannon actually seemed somewhat touched that Vicki was sad. Lydia didn't break a sweat with Meghan and Shannon. You wouldn't have known Peggy was on that couch. Aside from her tussle with Lydia, the same goes for Meghan.

Totally agree - Nope. It did nothing for me. Shannon didn’t apologize at all to Vicki and didn’t own up to anything. As always.

Respectfully, I think what Jill is going to need is grief counselling, not appearing on a reality show with screaming banshees like Frankel and Singer with the misogynist Andy Cohen in the background. Bobby always seemed like a first class person. Always kind, always calm, always good humoured. I wish, for him, peace and, for Jill, strength.

Lydia demolished Shannon. I don't even know why Meghan tries, she is too stupid to tangle with anyone. And the worst thing is she's boring. @Nothin'ButAttitude Thank you!!! The glamour shots are great. The trailer is...lacking? The only highlights are the multiple trips and the LVP queenliness.

NJ An enjoyable episode of New Jersey. Delores is on thin ice with these drug rumours and Danielle...that kind of stuff gets people fired.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
That appeared to be Vicki, Tamra, and Shannon hugging at the very end...- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
OC Well, we have ended the season with a cast of broken women. Tamra's scenes as she prepared to see Sydney were a little challenging to watch given that we knew the reunion would not be lasting long. She seemed legitimately nervous so it's sad that they couldn't make it work. It's amazing we've watched Tamra for 10 years - I remember when she turned 40 (on a yacht proclaiming "I'm 40 I so deserve it!" as she received a tasteless Rolex from Simon) and now she's 50. She looks way younger and more natural now, I'll give her that. Shannon continued to overreact and look like a bloated fool. Production got her having "a few quick shrimp"...the cameraman was obviously on orders to obtain every moment of footage of her eating. She seemed so stupid in her fight with Peggy (editing backed up Peggy). Hopefully her wretched marriage is over. Kelly also has a wretched marriage. She and Michael just don't get along anymore. They seem exhausted and done with each other. I think Vicki was right when she said that Kelly trusts Michael...when she needed him he's been there for her. Hopefully they can have an OK divorce and be friendly when it's all over and I have some hope that's what will happen to them. Peggy had Shannon shook with one sentence and a smirk. For that, I am grateful to her. However, she is a one season wonder and shouldn't return. Diko is a way better cast member, he can stir up trouble in a diamante studded suit with the best of 'em. Lydia and Meghan were non-events this episode and neither of them should be returning next season, especially Meghan. I couldn't believe how dumb her speech sounded "King is my maiden name...and Aspen's middle name...so yeah, thank you for coming tonight." I can't stand her matte lipstick and how painfully mediocre she is on every single measurable level. Vicki remains the OG of the OC and elements of this episode reinforced why. She has her insurance business which keeps growing, she remains a midwest woman traipsing through these OC events a bit like Mister Magoo and I'm rooting for her and Steve. A pity that Brianna is moving to North Carolina and demonstrating what an ungrateful bitch she is in her statements about moving away from Vicki. This was one of the OC's weakest seasons. However, when that good old guitar music starts to play I'm reminded why I'm ride or die with this franchise. DALLAS Strong season, strong reunion, THIS is how these franchises should be produced. Tight, no filler episodes. Thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. Soap suds were in a major lather on this franchise all season and I have lapped it up. LeeAnne took a (mostly deserved) beating from the rest of the housewives and Dr. Mark Deuber. Brandi also took a well deserved smackdown given all the crap she'd said this season. Brandi shouldn't have been so stonewalled to LeeAnne, she may need her help if we get a third season. I was quite impressed about what Stephanie said concerning Mark picking her son up from soccer practice when she couldn't make it. She could have stayed silent but that little story said a lot about Mark. It was also very good of her to tell Brandi what she said about Cari and Mark was wrong and how disappointed in her she was. Kameron was a non-event. I am not a fan. They'd be better off replacing her. D'Andra is a great find. Up there with Dorinda. I only wish we'd gotten a segment with Miss Dee Simmons.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I'm finally caught up on the first two episodes of Atlanta and you've taken the words out of my mouth: it all seems really fake and contrived when it comes to Kenya. She isn't a great actress and cannot pull off a fraud convincingly. As well, Porscha's vegan storyline is contrived and ridiculous. Why is her dietary choice a storyline? And why throw all that food away? She is a bandwagon fool. Is it just me or does Nene look as big as a house? Was she even in the second episode? Chauteau Sheree appears to be finished...good for her. I still enjoy Sheree. Kandi and her paid for sycophants continue to be very annoying. What is Cynthia thinking going back near Uncle Ben? And then this toddler? Cynthia seems to have dodgy choice in men.- ALL: Soap Stars - Where are they now?
I can see that. I recall her appearing on the game show The Weakest Link and she was stunningly dumb.- ALL: Soap Stars - Where are they now?
Lindsay Hartley came off as an immature airhead and really difficult on Queens of Drama. There was something about how she interacted with that guy she was dating that seemed like she'd be hell to deal with - really dramatic fights and lots of whining. I was in The Gap in Vancouver when Justin was filming Smallville and he was with Lindsay and their daughter. They made an attractive couple (he was super tall in comparison to her, and she's tiny)...it's a shame when marriages don't work out, but at the same time...his reaction speaks volumes.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
CHESHIRE This last episode was so good. A drink got thrown and the reaction and background music was straight out of a classic Erica Kane moment. This season, as a whole, has been excellent. Much as it pains me to admit it, Ampika didn't derail the franchise by leaving.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
OC has been been torture to watch - so nasty and boring - why do they withhold BH from us?! LVP looks like the boss that she is in that coat and those shades. I too wish she’d cut her hair, but overall a fabulous look.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LeeAnne is like any of the Housewives, she's all hat and no cattle. If she walks, then that's a gutsy move because she'll fade away into certain obscurity.- Will & Grace Revival
I think they handled Rosario's death well. Shelley Morrison was on an electric scooter for the Will & Grace election for practical reasons and so I can understand her wanting to be retired. Megan Mullally did great work in that episode. As an aside, I didn't realize she's 59 in real life!- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
OC Vicki never learns...but I also don't fault her. Why bother fighting anyone else's fight? It never works out. She's always hooped. She can't win. She's in her 50s, why fight any more than she has to? Shannon is the medical patient from hell. How did she just go off her hormones?! That is insane! Doing that haphazardly is a recipe for disaster. Peggy really calibrated that attack improperly. I did enjoy her jab at the Giraffe. Brilliant. Thank goodness next week is the finale. What a wretched season. DALLAS A good part one of the reunion. I still like Stephanie and don't view her with the same negative view that much of the thread views Brandi (who also doesn't really bother me). Cary imploded at the end of the episode, but I cannot fault Mark for wanting to be on the reunion given how badly he was trashed. Kameron is a haughty snob who didn't like to have to deal with the statements she made about living in the best part of Dallas. She's an assh*le with that zip code stuff and she knows it doesn't reflect well on her and she tried to deflect it. I still really enjoy watching LeeAnne, she's a reality show star - tailor maid for the genre. D'Andra is still plenty of fun and I just wish we'd had a cameo from Miss Dee.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
