  1. "Trickle down economics" has Never. Worked. I wish people would catch onto that fact. However, I doubt they ever will.
  2. Buttigieg's campaign is slowly self-destructing. Good.
  3. I've always wondered whether the quality of the writing itself was the real issue and that the exodus of longtime favorites merely magnified the problem. Putting it another way... If the writing had stayed crappy throughout that period, but Ruth Brooks Flippen and Nina Laemmle had managed NOT to write anyone off who had been crucial to the show, would DAYS have been in better shape if/when Pat Falken Smith had returned? Similarly, if the writing somehow had improved during Flippen's or Laemmle's tenure, would the audience have been in a better position to accept the loss of certain characters?
  4. As far as I'm concerned, you don't need "pizzazz." You just need to speak truth to power.
  5. I wonder if they'll make any attempt to include Tori (Scott, not Spelling) in this shindig, or if the paradox will continue.
  6. Or Democratic presidents who have the audacity to be half-African-American.
  7. By several accounts, Gail Kobe was a c-u-next-Tuesday.
  8. Yeah, this is one time where you WISH he would ignore everyone's advice and go with his feelings, lol!
  9. Damn. Now THOSE were the DAYS OF OUR LIVES.
  10. Like I said, I am learning so much from these ratings. For instance, you could look back and pinpoint almost exactly when the wheels on the Kobe/Long era of GL began to fall off.
  11. So. Damn. True. Someone needs to remind Stephen Miller that his ass is as Jewish as gefilte fish.
  12. I'm with you, @amybrickwallace. Robyn could take Wendy in a fight. Hell, Whitney could take her in a fight, and she dead!
  13. OMGosh, I didn't realize it was "Margaret Hoover" from "The Bob Newhart Show"!
  14. Tom Cruise never would have worked out as Bo Brady, lol.
  15. Agree. If I have to read one more article about "voters from the Heartland" and why they voted for Trump in the last election....
  16. White America either takes racial and ethnic minorities for granted, or they do their best to make like we're not even here. It makes my blood boil.
  17. My Lord.
  18. How did her supporters settle on being called "KHIVE" anyway? Because, it sounds dumb!
  19. I realize the Jeff Freilich era has its' defenders, but I feel like he took too much emphasis away from the vineyards. It was bad enough to have Nazis running around on FC's grounds, looking for buried treasure. But the Thirteen? WTF was that?
  20. I wonder what Tori will do next in her never-ending struggle for relevancy. Hallmark movies, perhaps?
  21. Agree. Although I STILL say the answer lies in reforming the healthcare industry. I love the facial expressions on the AA women behind them.
  22. More and more, I think we're gonna go right back to where we were before Obamacare.
  23. Exactly. Viewers wanted a real reboot or continuation of the original series, not this mess.
